◆機(jī)床布局為工作臺(tái)移動(dòng)式T型布局,工作臺(tái)左右運(yùn)動(dòng)(Z軸)及砂輪架橫向運(yùn)動(dòng)(X軸)皆采用伺服電機(jī)帶動(dòng)滾珠絲杠驅(qū)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)。
◆潤滑采用間歇潤滑泵進(jìn)行集中潤滑,頭架為死結(jié)構(gòu),尾架工件手動(dòng)頂緊、松開,頂緊力的調(diào)整可通過調(diào)整彈簧的壓緊量來實(shí)現(xiàn)，砂輪架為片瓦的動(dòng)承結(jié)構(gòu),磨削剛性好,精度高。
◆工件磨削可實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)控編程自動(dòng)磨削 ,滿足大部分中小零件的自動(dòng)磨削加工的要求,可以很好的替代傳統(tǒng)手動(dòng)式外圓磨床,降低機(jī)床對(duì)人員操作水平的要求，-名工人可以同時(shí)操作多臺(tái)機(jī)床,提高了工人的生產(chǎn)效率。
