本系列機(jī)床為兩軸或三軸CNC數(shù)控平面磨床，選用SIMENS、FANUC或其它數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。廣泛應(yīng)用于精密模具制造、精密光學(xué)部件、精密光學(xué)玻璃、醫(yī)療器件、手機(jī)制造等精密部件和零件加工；并特別適合金剛石、陶瓷材料、超硬合金材料加工。本機(jī)床亦可以用砂輪的端面來磨削工件的垂直平面，磨削時(shí)按工件的形狀、大小不同，可將其吸附于電磁吸盤上或直接固定在工作臺(tái)面上，亦可用其它夾具夾持磨削。

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) / STRUCTURAL FEATURES

◆機(jī)床床身、鞍座、立柱、磨頭體、工作臺(tái)等基礎(chǔ)件全部采用高強(qiáng)度鑄鐵,組織穩(wěn)定,確保品質(zhì)。

◆磨頭主軸選用精密角接觸滾動(dòng)軸承,采用高剛性主軸套筒結(jié)構(gòu),回轉(zhuǎn)精度高,使用維修方便。

◆機(jī)床采用十字拖板布局形式,導(dǎo)軌貼有聚四氟乙烯軟帶,導(dǎo)向性好,運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)。

◆NC2系列為左右油壓驅(qū)動(dòng),上下、前后軸進(jìn)給采用精密滾珠絲桿, AC伺服電機(jī)與數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制,進(jìn)刀靈敏度高,可實(shí)現(xiàn)平面、成型面(兩軸聯(lián)動(dòng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)異形砂輪修整,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)成型面磨削)、不等距不等深不等寬溝槽或階梯自動(dòng)研磨,操作方便效率高。

◆NC3系列為左右、上下、前后三軸進(jìn)給均采用精密滾珠絲桿, AC伺服電機(jī)與數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制,除具備NC2系列功能外,還可通過左右、上下軸聯(lián)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)凸凹面、圓弧面等特殊形狀表面磨削。

◆The machine bed, saddle, column, grinding head body, table and other basic parts are all made of high strength cast iron, stable organization and permanent guarantee of quality .

◆The spindle of the grinding head is made of precision angular contact rlling bearing with high rigidity spindle sleeve structure, high rotary precision and easy to use and maintain.

◆NC2 about series of hydraulic drive, feed up and down, front and rear shafts with precision ball screw, AC servo motor and CNC system control, feed high sensitivity, which can realize plane, formed surface (two axes linkage which can realize different grinding wheel dressing, thus realize the formed surface grinding), not equidistant deep range wide groove or ladder automatic grinding, easy to operate with high efficiency.

◆NC3 series feed the left and right, up and down, front and rear three axis are all using precision ball screw, AC servo motor and CNC system control, in addition to the NC2 series function, but also through the left and right, up and down axis linkage to achieve convex concave surface, arc surface and other special shape surface grinding.
