采用PLC可編程序控制，可實現遠距離監控，觸摸屏操作，人機對話，操作、維護方便。
動作元件采用電-氣/液壓自動控制。
多重安全保護：轉速檢測，過振動保護，開蓋保護，電機過載過熱保護，刮刀旋轉機械/電氣雙重控制。
焊接式整體機架，結構緊湊，機器承載強度高。
全密閉結構，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠。
獨立式液壓站，可隔離安裝，方便檢修。
采用液力偶合器傳動(GK1250以下機型)，啟動平穩，控制簡單，有效保護電機不受過載損害。亦可用變頻器啟動，適用多種運行速度要求。
浮動平臺底座，橡膠減振基礎。亦可選用阻尼式彈性減振器，減振效果*，機器運轉平穩，減小機器振動對設備和環境的危害。
二種出料方式選擇：斜槽開放式出料，結構簡單；螺旋輸送器與刮刀集成卸料，濾餅收集率高，有效防止堵料。
虹吸式離心機具備虹吸推動力，過濾速度更快。可配置反沖洗裝置，對過濾介質進行洗滌再生。還可配置撇液裝置，適用含蛋白等膠體物質的物料分離。

臥式刮刀卸料離心機是連續運轉、間歇操作的過濾式離心機，控制方式為自動控制(也可手動控制)。

離心機操作過程中的進料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料及濾布再生等過程一般均在全速狀態下完成，單次循環時間短，處理量大，并可獲得較好的過濾（濾餅含水率較低）和洗滌效果。
