產品介紹 SCN1A is a voltage-gated ion channel essential for the generation and propagation of action potentials, mainly in nerve and muscle. Voltage-sensitive sodium channels are heteromeric complexes consisting of a large central pore-forming glycosylated alpha subunit, and two smaller auxiliary beta subunits. This gene encodes the large alpha subunit, and mutations in this gene have been associated with several epilepsy, convulsion and migraine disorders. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. The RefSeq Project has decided to create four representative RefSeq records. Three of the transcript variants are supported by experimental evidence and the fourth contains alternate 5' untranslated exons, the exact combination of which have not been experimentally confirmed for the full-length transcript
SCN1A抗體儲存溫度：存在于血清、組織培養上清液或腹水中的抗體在-20℃下能夠*儲存。低溫存放不會損傷抗體活性。抗體的工作液通常儲存于4℃中。此溫度下，抗體的活性能穩定數月至數年亦不損失。抗體溶液不應反復凍融，因為反復凍融將導致部分抗體失活并產生不需要的蛋白—蛋白凝聚物。抗體的凝聚能導致活性喪失。這是由于抗原結合位點的空間構象被破壞，或由于產生的不溶物被離心或過濾而除去。冷凝蛋白類的抗體不能存放于4℃。因為在4℃下此類抗體會發生沉淀。一些鼠源性IgG3亞類的抗體有此特性。如果抗體在4℃下發生沉淀，就應該存放于室溫下的疊氮鈉溶液中。
