氣動粉塵蝴蝶閥是由本公司設計的一種特殊側推式氣缸和鋁合金蝶閥組成，本產品已獲得國家多項磚利。蝶閥本體由高壓鋁合金閥體、可變形耐磨膠圈、高分子復合蝶閥組成。是關閉料箱、料斗以及裝有粉狀或顆粒狀物料等筒倉的理想產品，被廣泛應用于混凝土攪拌站水泥粉傳輸、鋼廠重力除塵等領域。由于此閥門的特殊結構以及工程材料的運用，它始終是一個非常經濟且效的選擇。

?在安裝前請用一層薄液體來密圭寸法蘭。Before installing please seal flange with a thin layer of liquid.

?安裝時，要將閥門固定在（螺旋泵、輸送帶、振動進料倉或類似裝置）上，請使用足夠長的柱頭螺栓連接上部連接法蘭、閥門自身以及下部連接法蘭，不得使閥門內部螺栓受力，否則可能會造成兩個閥體分裂、損壞閥門。

? When installed, should be fixed in the valve (screw pump, the conveyor belt into the hopper, vibration or similar device), please use the studs is long enough, the valve connecting flange connecting the upper and lower connecting flange itself, not the internal valve bolt force, otherwise it may cause a split, damage to the valve body two.

1.1物料凝結成團塊	拆除閥門清潔并重新安裝
