威理氣動(dòng)隔膜泵正式改名為：WILDEN-TZ系列氣動(dòng)隔膜泵

新威理氣動(dòng)隔膜泵與現(xiàn)有T系列氣動(dòng)隔膜泵的互換性 
1. 新空氣閥可以配現(xiàn)有T/WL系列中心體或新中心體 
New air valve can work with old T/WL center block or new center block; 
2.新中心體只能配新空氣閥 
New center block can only work with new air valve.

Turbo flo-Z 氣動(dòng)隔膜泵新特點(diǎn)： 
自潤(rùn)滑Lube-free 
Ø 活塞材質(zhì)由鋁合金改為有低摩擦添加劑的復(fù)合材料Turcite，具有自潤(rùn)滑能力 
    Achieved by piston material change from Aluminum to Turcite, a polymer with low friction additives to provide self-lubrication  
不停機(jī) Non-stalling  
Ø 在自然磨損的情況下活塞環(huán)更好的保持活塞與閥體間隙延長(zhǎng)空氣閥壽命。另外活塞環(huán)提供更好的密封防止進(jìn)氣的部分泄漏，在低速狀態(tài)下zui大化移位信號(hào) 
    Ringed air valve pistons provide longer air valve life by maintaining close tolerances between the piston and the air valve body as these parts undergo natural wear.  In addition, the rings capture a portion of the inlet air that would normally be lost in blow-by.  This captured blow-by helps to maximize the shift signal during slow speed operation; 
Ø 移位信號(hào)氣體直接排入空氣減少結(jié)冰現(xiàn)象，不會(huì)再受消音器和中心體內(nèi)結(jié)冰影響 
    Achieved by venting the shift signal directly to atmosphere to reduce the EFFECTS of freezing.   The shift signal is no longer affected by ice buildup in the muffler or center block.  
Ø 1寸泵的塑料消音器盒采用低熱導(dǎo)率材料可以降低由于結(jié)冰引起的性能下降 
    Regarding the 1-inch pumps Plastic Box Muffler insert, the device makes use of low thermal conductivity materials to reduce performance-stealing ice buildup on the pump.

 

TZ系列氣動(dòng)隔膜泵壽命測(cè)試和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試： 
•   新產(chǎn)品在Wilden測(cè)試中心和上海測(cè)試中心都通過(guò)了2000小時(shí)壽命測(cè)試 
•   Pumps pass 2,000 hours life testing both at Wilden lab and PSG(Shanghai) lab 
•   現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試從2011年十月中開(kāi)始已經(jīng)運(yùn)行超過(guò)2000小時(shí) 
•   Field testing started from mid Oct 2011, some pumps have run more than 2,000 hours at field (or half year), indicated high reliability of new ADS; 
•   使用客戶(hù)一致反饋對(duì)泵的可靠性和性能滿(mǎn)意 
•   Feedback from end user is they are quite satisfied with TZ pumps life and performance. 
在半導(dǎo)體污水處理應(yīng)用中運(yùn)行超過(guò)2000小時(shí)The pump has run more than 2,000 hours (more than half year) to process the water and waste water in semi-conductor industries
