納米材料由于具有很大的比表面積,可以作為藥物輸送載體。運用兩親性高分子修飾上轉發光納米材料,在納米材料和親水端之間的疏水層可以吸附一些化學藥物如阿霉素(DOX)再在其表面連接上一些靶向的基團如葉酸(FA),可以實現靶向性的藥物輸送。同時中間的疏水層也可以吸附一些光敏分子實現新型的光動力治療。光動力治療是指一些藥物(光敏分子)在光照的條件下將吸附在周圍的的氧轉化為單線態氧或者是活性氧自由基,從而殺死腫瘤細胞。該方法zui大的優點是不會對病灶周圍的組織造成損傷,毒副作用較小。
