Based essentially on DIN norms and thanks to the variety of options, the TC Series also fulfils the other international standards （ISO, ANSI, ...）, which are commonly followed in the practice of engineering.

Type J or type K, grounded or ungrounded measurement junction, general purpose or Atex certified transmitter, can simply be selected according to your requirements.

Furthermore, in the case of applications in industrial furnaces or in the field of primaries, the TAF Thermocouples are often the best-fitting solution.

The thermometer TEC420 comprises a TEC100 6 mm diameter inset with either a transmitter mounting plate or a ceramic terminal block. The hot junction can be either grounded or isolated from the sheath. The terminal head can be selected from a wide choice of standard items.

TEC420 sheathed thermocouples cover temperature ranges from -40°C to 1100°C depending on the type of thermocouple. They can be used in low pressure applications in direct contact with the medium or protected by a thermowell. They can also be used in all applications where small immersion lengths are needed. Special attention should be paid to the maximum operating temperature of the connection head （80°C if transmitter included）.
