BM1系列擺線液壓馬達(dá)

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)

BM1馬達(dá)是一種體積較小的軸配流馬達(dá)。其特點(diǎn)：

•*的配流軸和定轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)計(jì)，體積小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。

•可靠的軸密封設(shè)計(jì)，能承受高背壓，可以串并聯(lián)使用。

•正反轉(zhuǎn)換向方便、轉(zhuǎn)速平穩(wěn)。

•效率高且經(jīng)濟(jì)，適用于中等載荷的場合。

•多種法蘭，輸出軸，油口等連接形式。

BM1 motor is a small volume, spool valve type gerolor motor.

Characteristic features：

•Advanced design of spool and gerolor, which has Small size and compact structure.

•Credible design of shaft seal, which can bear high pressure and be used in parallel or in series.

•Direction of shaft rotation and speed can be controlled easily and smoothly.

•Best combination of efficiency and economy in medium duty applications.

•A variety of connection types of flange; Rabbet:, output shaft and oil port.

主要性能參數(shù) Main Specification

1.斷續(xù)指入口zui大壓力，連續(xù)工作壓力指工作壓差。

2.馬達(dá)不應(yīng)同時(shí)在zui高壓力和zui高轉(zhuǎn)速下工作。

3.馬達(dá)在斷續(xù)工作條件下，運(yùn)行時(shí)間應(yīng)不超過10%。

4.zui高工作溫度80°。

5.馬達(dá)zui高允許背壓10MPa，但建議使用背壓不要超過5MPa，超過時(shí)應(yīng)接外泄油管。

6.馬達(dá)滿負(fù)荷工作前，建議在zui大工作壓力的40%以下磨合1小時(shí)。

7.*用68#抗磨液壓油，粘度37-73cSt，清潔度ISO18/13.

Note: 1. Intermittent means the entrance of the maximum pressure; continuous working pressure means the differential pressure

2. Motor should not work under the highest pressure and the maximum speed

3. The running time should not exceed 10% under intermittent working conditions

4. The Maximum working temperature is 80 °

5. The maximum allowable back pressure is 10MPa, but the recommended back pressure should not exceed 5MPa.a leaking pipes is needed when exceeding

6. one hour running time under 40% of maximum working pressure is recommended before full capacity working.

7. Recommending N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil, viscosity 37-73cSt, cleanliness ISO18/13.
