hree-Wheel Tester

This compley automated machine performs the three-wheel test as outlined in Master- Card’s CQM program. A card is positioned in the machine such that the the rollers will cycle 100 times over the front (50) and then back (50) of the IC with a cycle frequency of 0,5 Hz and a downward force of 8N. After the test, the IC card should be intact and function electronically. An additional weight, for a recommended second test, with a force of 15N is also included.
