一、 氣動三通煙氣閥技術(shù)協(xié)議書General 總則

1、 This agreement shall become effective on the date when the contract has been duly executed.高溫煙氣三通閥 應用領(lǐng)域 該閥現(xiàn)已大量應用到發(fā)電機尾氣、鍋爐尾氣和燃燒爐尾氣的導向轉(zhuǎn)接等，再配合煙氣余熱回收系統(tǒng)使用。 該閥包括三通管體、閥板和操控裝置。三通管體包括直通管、與直通管連通且向外弧形延伸的彎管和與直通管垂直連通的第二直通管。在直通管、第二直通管和外管三者連通交匯處的直通管上設(shè)置有分流管體。閥板設(shè)置于分流管體的內(nèi)部，閥板的軸心上設(shè)置有固定閥板的支架體，支架體分別向分流管體兩側(cè)的直通管和彎管延伸。操控裝置設(shè)置于支架體上，操控裝置包括支架體上設(shè)有固定在閥板軸心上的齒條、在齒條上設(shè)有與齒條嚙合的齒輪和在支架體上設(shè)有與齒輪嚙合的減速電機，減速電機上設(shè)置有手動旋轉(zhuǎn)的手柄。該三通閥具有結(jié)構(gòu)耐用、操作方便和機械電動相結(jié)合，及密封性好的效果。 合同簽訂后，本協(xié)議即生效。

2、 If this agreement both written in Chinese and English languages, it must be according to English if contradictions occur.

在協(xié)議如用中英文書寫，若有矛盾，以英文為準。

3、 The components not mentioned inside this “technical agreement”, but necessary for equipment normal running and testing should supplied by Supplier free of charge.

本協(xié)議未包含的部分，但是設(shè)備正常運行及試驗所必需的部件應由廠家免費提供。 

4、 The material and equipment used on the system to be new and in good quality.

本系統(tǒng)使用的材料和設(shè)備必須是新的，的。

5、Unless specifically agreed or stated herein，the counter flanges, including gaskets and bolts, nuts to be supplied by seller.

除了專門協(xié)商或者規(guī)定外，賣方應提供設(shè)備的配對法蘭, 包含墊片, 螺栓螺母.

6、 The cable gland for equipment should be supplied by supplier according to buyer’s requirement.

賣方根據(jù)買方的要求提供設(shè)備電纜的填料函。

7、Supplier should guarantee that “all the components not contain asbestos” when delivery the equipment. And if one of them has been found with “asbestos” after the equipment delivery, the supplier (including the agent & the manufacturer) shall pay for any aftermath.

廠家需要擔保供貨的所有部件都不含石棉。之后如發(fā)現(xiàn)有石棉，廠家需要承擔因此帶來的所有損失。

8、 The test procedure in factory or on site should be supplied by supplier together with the final drawing.

廠家在遞交設(shè)備完工圖時，應提供出廠或現(xiàn)場調(diào)試試驗程序。

9、 Pressure, compound and vacuum gauges to be manufactured in accordance with Chinese Industrial Standard or equivalent for marine use. All gauges to have black figures (red figures for vacuum), white faces, letter in English and units in SI system.

壓力表，壓力真空表和真空表，按照中國工業(yè)標準或相當?shù)拇脴藴蔬M行生產(chǎn)。所有儀表為黑色刻度數(shù)字（紅色刻度數(shù)字表示真空）、白表面、英文字母、單位為單位。

10、 Nameplates shall be engraved three-ply phenolic (white-black-white) or 316 stainless steel, with minimum 7mm high letters and attached to equipment using 316 stainless steel screws.銘牌應刻在三層酚醛板(白-黑-白)或316不銹鋼上，字高至少7毫米，并應使用316 不銹鋼螺釘安裝。

11、Equipment shall bear the manufacturer's name, model number, serial number, ratings or other information necessary to fully identify the equipment and shall not obscure or cover the label of approving agency.

設(shè)備應注明制造商名稱、型號、序列號、額定值或其他充分識別設(shè)備所需的信息，不得混淆或覆蓋審批機構(gòu)的標簽。

12、 Units and Language 單位和語言

All information, data inscription shall be in English and Chineselanguage, units shall be SI.

所有資料、資料應以中文和英文書寫，單位為單位。

三、氣動三通煙氣閥技術(shù)協(xié)議書Technical Service and Commissioning   技術(shù)服務及調(diào)試

四、Warranty 氣動三通煙氣閥技術(shù)協(xié)議書 保修

本實用新型公開了一種有機廢氣凈化處理回收設(shè)備氣動三通閥，它涉及有機廢氣凈化領(lǐng)域，它包含氣缸、氣缸接座、上端蓋、上閥體法蘭、進氣接口、上閥體、拉桿、半對開環(huán)、密封圈、進出氣接口、中閥體、排氣孔、中閥體連接法蘭、閥板和下閥體；它結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計合理，造型新穎*，操作簡單，使用方便，法蘭和閥座之間采用整體成型的方式降低了設(shè)備的加工難度、加工量和焊接難度、焊接量，也可降低閥座在閥體上焊接后產(chǎn)生變形，氣缸拉桿下部半圓形連接頭臥在連接法蘭上的半圓形凹槽內(nèi)，由半對開環(huán)與連接法蘭固定，使拉桿的半圓頭鑲嵌在閥板上，從而閥板可以小幅度上下旋轉(zhuǎn)一定角度，使閥板能更有效、更穩(wěn)妥的壓在密封圈上。由于這種閥門的工作環(huán)境處于經(jīng)常處于高溫煙氣中，因此業(yè)內(nèi)也常稱之為高溫煙氣三通閥。目前，現(xiàn)有的高溫三通閥包括閥體、閥桿、螺桿、螺母；安裝后，閥桿的下端伸入閥體內(nèi)，閥桿的上端和螺桿的下端通過銷軸連接起來，螺桿的中部安裝有螺母，螺母安裝于軸承座內(nèi)且螺母的上端部分伸出軸承座；螺母旋轉(zhuǎn)時，帶動螺桿做直線運動，進而通過閥桿帶動閥體的閥瓣完成閥門的操作。但是現(xiàn)有的這種閥門，閥體受到高溫煙氣的熱傳導作用，而由于螺桿的一部分還是伸入到閥體內(nèi)，因此閥體將熱量傳遞給螺桿，進而傳遞給螺母，這造成螺桿、螺母之間潤滑脂的不斷揮發(fā)，不斷增大螺桿、螺母之間的運動阻力，影響閥門的正常工作運行。 Regarding the guarantee issue please see the Commercial Contract.關(guān)于保修條款見商務合同。
①齒輪齒條雙活塞對稱結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，動作快速平穩(wěn)，精度高，輸出功率大，通過簡單的改變活塞裝配位置可得到反方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。
②擠壓的鋁合金缸體，經(jīng)精密加工的內(nèi)孔和外部表面進行硬質(zhì)陽極氧化處理（特殊情況下陽極氧化+特氟隆涂層），使用壽命更長，摩擦系數(shù)低。
③一體式設(shè)計，所有的雙作用和單作用執(zhí)行器型號，都具有相同的缸體和端蓋，很方便通過加裝彈簧或拆除彈簧來改變作用方式。
④組合式預符荷安全彈簧組，不論在裝配過程或使用現(xiàn)場中，都能方便而安全的安裝或增減彈簧數(shù)量。
⑤外部側(cè)面兩個單獨調(diào)節(jié)螺釘對于已安裝在閥門上的執(zhí)行器更是方便，調(diào)節(jié)閥開和閥關(guān)位置，如需全行程調(diào)節(jié)時則另外在兩個端蓋處配置較長調(diào)節(jié)螺釘。
⑥多功能位置指示器，現(xiàn)場可視化指示，符合VID/VIE3845、NAMUR標準槽，能安裝并輸出所有附件，如限位開關(guān)盒、電氣定位器、位置傳感器（倍加福、圖爾克）。
⑦氣源接口符合NRMAR標準，可直接安裝NUMAR標準電磁閥。
⑧齒條背面的復合材料軸瓦和活塞導向環(huán)以及輸出軸的軸承等為防止金屬對金屬的摩擦，并且增加潤滑,使其低摩擦、長壽命。
⑨所有的緊固件均采用不銹鋼材料，抗腐蝕。
⑩連接部分符合全新標準規(guī)范ISO5211，DIN3337（F03-F25）使產(chǎn)安裝具有互換性、通用性。

五、Drawing and Documents Delivery  圖紙及資料交付

Final documents should include: final drawing, operation manual, trouble shooting, spare part and tool list, shop test report, and relevant certificate at least. All documents shall be supplied with a list.

完工資料至少應包含:完工圖紙，操作手冊，故障排除手冊,備件工具清單,出廠試驗報告,

相關(guān)證書等.所有遞交的資料要有目錄.

七、技術(shù)要求

1、Ordinary valves 普通閥門

（1）、所有閥件按的標準生產(chǎn)，設(shè)計和制造需符合CCS船級社的相關(guān)要求。閥、附件內(nèi)部零件部件材料應滿足相關(guān)標準，法蘭連接尺寸按ASME  B16.5標準，除非甲方另有說明（清單/郵件/備忘）。

All valves shall be manufactured according to specified standards and designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant requirements of CCS Classification Society. The material of internal parts and components of valves and accessories shall meet the relevant standards, and the flange connection dimensions shall be in accordance with ASME B16.5 standard unless otherwise specified by Party A (list/mail/memorandum)

（2）、所有的閥件應按不同介質(zhì)和工況條件選用材料，其閥體、閥桿、閥座及易損應采用耐腐蝕、耐磨損材料，閥桿、閥座和閥瓣材料的抗腐蝕性能應不低于閥體材料，應滿足海上固定平臺防腐防漏系列技術(shù)要求。閥件材質(zhì)要求詳見后附閥件清單。

All valves should be selected according to different media and working conditions. Corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials should be used for body, stem, seat and vulnerability. Corrosion-resistant properties of stem, seat and disc materials should not be lower than that of valve body materials, and should meet the technical requirements of marine anti-corrosion and leak-proof series. The material requirements of the valves are detailed in the attached list of valves.

（3）、閥件的防腐防漏要求：所有閥件的本體、閥蓋、閥桿等材料嚴格按照相關(guān)的標準執(zhí)行，并參照海上固定平臺防腐防漏系列技術(shù)要求進行生產(chǎn)。

Anti-corrosion and leak-proof requirements for valves: All materials such as body, bonnet and stem of valves are strictly implemented in accordance with relevant standards, and are manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of anti-corrosion and leak-proof series for offshore fixed platforms

（4）、所有閥件必須嚴格按照閥件的標準所規(guī)定的標準和尺寸制造，及出廠試驗，機加工表面不得有毛刺、有害的劃痕和其它降低強度和連接可靠性的缺陷，如違反上述要求，甲方有權(quán)退貨，并要求賠償損失。

All valves must be manufactured in strict accordance with the standards and sizes specified in the standards for valves and factory tests. No burrs, harmful scratches and other weaknesses in reducing strength and reliability of connection shall be allowed on machined surfaces. In case of violation of the above requirements, Party A shall have the right to return the goods and claim compensation for losses.

（5）、每組閥件出廠前必須按GB600的標準進行試驗。

Each group of valves must be tested according to the standard of GB600 before leaving the factory.

（6）、使用環(huán)境溫度為：-20℃~55℃。

The ambient temperature is -20 ~55 C.

（7）、對于清單中附注的其它要求需特別關(guān)注并執(zhí)行。

Other requirements specified in the notes to the list require special attention and implementation

2、quick closing valve 氣動快關(guān)閥

（1）、具體的型號、規(guī)格、數(shù)量詳見閥件清單，快關(guān)閥制作參照GB/T5744-93,法蘭連接尺寸按ASME  B16.5標準。

Specific models, specifications and quantities are detailed in the list of valves. Fast shut-off valves are manufactured according to GB/T5744-93. Flange connection dimensions are in accordance with ASME B16.5 standard.

（2）、閥體，閥桿、閥盤、氣缸、密封面材質(zhì)為不銹鋼（316L)）,快關(guān)閥上應有英文銅制銘牌及開閉指示，閥體上打印閥號、流向及船級社（CCS）鋼印。

The material of the valve body, stem, disc, cylinder and sealing surface is stainless steel (316L), the quick closing valve should have an English copper nameplate and open and close instructions, and the valve number, flow direction and classification society (CCS) steel seal should be printed on the valve body.

（3）、快關(guān)閥工作壓力為0.35Mpa，適用介質(zhì)為NAOH堿液。

The working pressure of the quick closing valve is 0.35 Mpa, and the suitable medium is NAOH alkali solution.

（4）、 工作溫度為t≤30℃。

The working temperature is t≤30℃

（5）、壓縮空氣壓力為0.3~0.8Mpa,在此壓力范圍內(nèi)快關(guān)閥均應能輕易關(guān)閉。

Compressed air pressure is 0.3-0.8 Mpa, in this pressure range, quick shut-off valves should be easy to close.

（6）、氣缸帶Ø8不銹鋼卡套接頭。

Cylinder with Ø 8 stainless steel card sleeve joint

（7）、快關(guān)閥在緊急情況下能以手動和氣動兩種方式操作，且準確、可靠。

Fast closing valves can be operated manually and pneumatically in emergencies, and are accurate and reliable.

3、PNEUMATIC 3-WAY EXH.GAS V/V 氣動煙氣三通閥

（1）、具體的型號、規(guī)格、數(shù)量詳見閥件清單，法蘭連接尺寸按ASME  B16.5標準。

Specific models, specifications and quantities are detailed in the list of valves.  Flange connection dimensions are in accordance with ASME B16.5 standard.

（2）、閥體，閥桿、閥盤、氣缸、密封面材質(zhì)為不銹鋼（316L)）,煙氣三通閥上應有英文銅制銘牌及開閉指示，閥體上打印閥號、流向及船級社（CCS）鋼印。

Valve body, stem, disc, cylinder and sealing surface are made of stainless steel (316L). English brass nameplate and opening and closing instructions shall be provided on flue gas three-way valve. Valve body shall be printed with valve number, flow direction and CCS seal.

（3）、煙氣三通閥工作壓力為常壓，適用介質(zhì)為鍋爐煙氣。

The working pressure of flue gas three-way valve is atmospheric pressure, and the suitable medium is boiler flue gas.

（4）、 工作溫度為120℃≤t≤230℃。

The working temperature is 120℃≤t≤230℃

（5）、壓縮空氣壓力為0.3~0.8Mpa,在此壓力范圍內(nèi)煙氣三通閥均應能輕易關(guān)閉。

Compressed air pressure is 0.3-0.8 Mpa, Flue gas three-way valves should be able to close easily within this pressure range.

（6）、氣缸帶Ø8不銹鋼卡套接頭。

（7）、帶開關(guān)位置指示，帶開關(guān)命令信號。

（8）、煙氣三通閥在緊急情況下能以手動和氣動兩種方式操作，且準確、可靠。

Flue gas three-way valv can be operated manually and pneumatically in emergencies, and are accurate and reliable.

3、Other requirements其他要求.

（1）、所有標準閥件因甲方技術(shù)原因?qū)τ贏S（直通）和BS（直角）型需要進行互換時，乙方應免費進行調(diào)換。

When all standard valves need to be exchanged between AS (through) and BS (right angle) type due to Party A's technical reasons, Party B shall exchange them free of charge.

（2）、所有閥件因技術(shù)變更導致閥件的型式、規(guī)格及數(shù)量等信息發(fā)生變化時，甲方應及時通知乙方，并要求乙方進行更改。

Party A shall notify Party B in time when the type, specification and quantity of all valves are changed due to technical changes, and require Party B to make changes.

（3）、 每一個閥件出廠時，應按照閥件清單中的編號名稱，將閥號標注在掛牌上，到廠時確保完整，搬運和安裝時不易脫落。閥件應有可靠外包裝，并注明型號等信息。

When each valve is discharged from the factory, the unique valve number should be marked on the list according to the number name in the valve list, so as to ensure its integrity when it comes to the factory, and it is not easy to fall off when it is transported and installed. Valves should be packaged reliably with information such as model number.

（4）、所有閥件必須提供工廠合格證書,材質(zhì)報告,對于清單中帶C/E標記的，要提供CCS船檢產(chǎn)品證書。

All valves must provide factory qualification certificate, material report, and CCS inspection product certificate for those with C/E mark in the list.

（5）、對于無法入庫的閥件，在甲方通知廠家后，需廠家及時免費返廠處理。

For valves that cannot be stored in storage, after Party A notifies the manufacturer, the manufacturer should return to the factory in time and free of charge

（6）、對于甲方提供確認生產(chǎn)的閥件清單后，中途如有部分修改或取消，甲方以郵件的形式確認是否生產(chǎn)，廠家應在兩個工作日內(nèi)，以郵件的形式如實回復。否則默認為未生產(chǎn)。

After Party A provides the list of valves for confirmation of production, if there are some modifications or cancellations in the way, Party A confirms whether or not to produce by mail. The manufacturer should reply truthfully in the form of mail within two working days. Otherwise, the default is unproductive.

（7）、閥體使用的螺栓等鋼制件應嚴格執(zhí)行防銹防腐處理，否則廠家負責免費更換閥件。

Steel parts such as bolts used in the valve body should be strictly treated for rust prevention and corrosion protection, otherwise the manufacturer is responsible for replacing the valve parts free of charge.

（8）、對于甲方提供確認生產(chǎn)的閥件清單后，中途如有部分修改或取消，甲方以郵件的形式確認是否生產(chǎn)，廠家應在兩個工作日內(nèi)，以郵件的形式如實回復。否則默認為未生產(chǎn)和未備料。甲方按未生產(chǎn)未產(chǎn)生費用，操作改型和退單程序處理。

After Party A provides the list of valves for confirmation of production, if there are some modifications or cancellations in the way, Party A confirms whether or not to produce by mail. The manufacturer should reply truthfully in the form of mail within two working days. Otherwise, the default is unproductive and unprepared. Party A shall handle it according to the procedure of operation modification and refund of receipts without cost incurred in production.

八、 Scope of supply 氣動三通煙氣閥技術(shù)協(xié)議書供貨范圍

供貨范圍見閥件清單，甲方按雙方確定的閥件單價和總價購買閥件，增補和多余閥件按照閥件的單價增購或退貨。The scope of supply is shown in the list of valves. Party A purchases the valves according to the unit and total prices of the valves determined by both parties. Supplementary and redundant valves are purchased or returned according to the unit price of the valves.
