BRIEF INTRODUCTION FOR CONTROL CABLE
一、聚氯乙烯絕緣和護套控制電纜 PVC insulated & sheath control cable
1.1 聚氯乙烯絕緣和護套控制電纜適用于交流額定電壓 600/1000V 及以下控制、監(jiān)控回路及保護線路等場
合，作為電氣裝備之間的控制接線。該產(chǎn)品不但具有優(yōu)良的電氣性能、機械性能、耐熱老化性能、耐環(huán)境
應(yīng)力性能、耐化學腐蝕性能和不延燃性能，且具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、使用方便、不受敷設(shè)落差限制等優(yōu)點。
本公司聚氯乙烯絕緣和護套控制電纜是以GB9330-88標準組織生產(chǎn)。該標準主要參照IEC227、 IEC502
及德國、美國、日本和前蘇聯(lián)等控制電纜標準制定。
1.1 PVC insulated & sheath control cable is suitable for connecting wires between electric equipments in 【ZB-BVVR、ZRB-JYPVP燃系列DCS+屏蔽計算機電纜ZRB-JYPVP電纜結(jié)構(gòu)】
controlling, monitoring loop and protecting circuit at rated voltage up to and including 600/1000V（A.C.）. The
product has not only excellent characteristics in electric and mechanical purpose but also in performances of
chemical corrosion resistance, heat-aging, environmental stress and flame-retardant. The product has simple
construction and convenient to use and could be laid with no restriction of different levels.
Our product of PVC insulated and sheathed control cable can be manufactured according to the Chinese
Standard GB9330-88, which was compiled with reference to IEC227, IEC502 and the Standards of Germany,
America, Japan and U.S.S.R for control cable.
1.2 阻燃控制電纜 Flame-retardant control cable
阻燃控制電纜適用于交流額定電壓 600/1000V 及以下有特殊阻燃要求的控制、監(jiān)控回路及保護線路
等場合，作為電氣裝備之間的控制接線。我公司生產(chǎn)的阻燃控制電纜包括阻燃 A類控制電纜、特種阻燃控
制電纜、低煙無鹵阻燃控制電纜、低煙低鹵阻燃控制電纜、交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣控制電纜及阻燃控制電纜。
Flame-retardant control cable is suitable for connecting wires between electric equipments with a special
flame-retardant requirement in controlling, monitoring loop and protecting circuit at rated voltage up to
600/1000V（A. C.）. Our flame-retardant control cable includes A class flame-retardant control cable, special
flame-retardant control cable, low smoke halogen free flame-retardant control cable, low smoke low halogen
flame-retardant control cable, XLPE insulated control cable and XLPE insulated flame-retardant control cable.
二 電纜使用特性 Application
1 額定電壓U0/U為450/750V～600/1000V
U0―任一主絕緣和“地”（金屬屏蔽、金屬套或周圍介質(zhì)）之間的電壓有效值。
U―多芯電纜（電線）或單芯電纜（電線）系統(tǒng)任一兩相導體之間的電壓有效值。
當電纜（電線）使用于交流系統(tǒng)時，電纜（電線）的額定電壓至少應(yīng)等于該系統(tǒng)的標稱電壓。當使
用于直流系統(tǒng)時，該系統(tǒng)的標稱電壓應(yīng)不大于電纜（電線）額定電壓的 1.5 倍。
系統(tǒng)的工作電壓應(yīng)不大于系統(tǒng)額定電壓的 1.5 倍。
Rated voltage U0/U should be 450/750V～600/1000V
U0―Valid value of the voltage between main insulated conductor and earthing （metal shield, metal
sheath or environment dielectric）.
U―Valid value of voltage between any two phases conductor in multicore cable or single cable
system.
When AC. System is applied, the rated voltage of cable should be at least equal to the nominal
voltage of the system . When DC. System is applied, the nominal voltage of this system should
not be more than the rated voltage of the system by 1.5 times.
