SV Total RNA Isolation System （SV 總RNA 純化系統）可在1小時內從組織、培養細胞和白細胞中提取純化完整總RNA，方法簡單、快速。該系統以膜為基礎，根據組織類型的不同，每次zui多可純化60mg 組織。系統包含DNase 處理步驟，直接在小離心柱的濾膜上完成，大大降低了會干擾擴增反應的基因組DNA 的污染。純化中不需使用*: 氯仿抽提及乙醇沉淀，zui后RNA 樣品中沒有DNase 殘留。
