產品說明：
*（Trypsin） 能夠特異地水解賴氨酸和*殘基的羧基端肽鍵。未經修飾的*會自我水解，形成片段，從而干擾蛋白質測序、HPLC 或肽鏈的質譜分析。另外，自我水解將會導致假*產生，表現出額外的*的特性。Promega 的*經過了甲基化還原反應修飾，*程度的阻止自我水解。在功能穩定測試中，經過修飾的*在37℃孵育3 小時后保留的活性至少是未修飾*的2 倍。
經過修飾的測序級*進一步經過TPCK 處理和親和層析純化，得到高度活性和穩定的分子。測序級修飾*以每瓶20mg 凍干粉的形式提供，使用方便，并配有優化了穩定性的重懸緩沖液。建議使用蛋白酶: 蛋白比例為1:100 到1:20（w/w）。
