MC靜態混合管 mixer

混合管主要用于將雙組份液體材料進行混合。混合管俗稱混膠頭，點膠嘴，混料桿，螺旋管，螺旋棒。主要和200ML和400MLAB膠筒配合使用。混合管結構謹密，外形精美。MC和MCX系列靜態混合管是專門為200ML和400ML的AB混膠槍而設計的,的螺旋葉片設計能讓混合效果達到比手工攪拌更出色,白色透明的MC系列混合管適合于1:1&2:1,有紅色螺旋葉的MCX系列混合管正是為4:1和10:1而設計的,區別請看樣品.混合管內的螺旋棒由一連串的左、右旋葉片，依序相互垂直緊密排列在套管內組合而成,流體通過混合管時,被連續的切割重組，一分為二、二分為四、四分為八便可將兩種流體均勻的自動混合。混合管的使用為雙組份液體混合,提供了一種低成本的解決方案,采用靜態混合管能節省人工,減少浪費、大幅度的提高生產率和降低生產成本。該產品應用在電子生產,電器制造、土木建筑、汽車制造,禮品裝飾等行業,廣泛地應用于各種雙組份膠粘劑,填充劑的混合 (包括環氧樹脂，硅膠,環氧樹脂，PU,UV)。當然這種混合管也可以應用在任何雙組分液體混合的機器上。MIXPAC 瑞士產混合管設計高貴而優雅，混合效果，以其精致的制造工藝而遍布于世界各地，目前的混合管之一。
