本設備主要用于各類電力導電桿冷擠成型，設備采用伺服電機驅動，同步精度高，水平缸推板采用浮動式結構，上缸壓下時，如工作臺板有輕微變形，浮動推板帶動沖頭座可跟隨臺板上下浮動，避免沖頭彎曲
本設備主要用于各類電力導電桿冷擠成型，設備采用伺服電機驅動，同步精度高，水平缸推板采用浮動式結構，上缸壓下時，如工作臺板有輕微變形，浮動推板帶動沖頭座可跟隨臺板上下浮動，避免沖頭彎曲。為減少工作臺板彈性變形，臺板作調質處理。本機兩種工作模式，上缸鎖模，兩水平同步擠壓，或上缸擠壓，水平不工作，成型后下缸頂出產品。
This equipment is mainly used for all kinds of electric conductive rod cold extrusion molding. the equipment is driven by servo motor, high synchronization precision, the horizontal cylinder push plate adopts floating structure, when the upper cylinder press down, if the working table plate has slight deformation, the floating push plate drives the punch holder to follow the plate to float up and down, to avoid the punch bending.In order to reduce the elastic deformation of the working table, the table is treated with tempering and tempering.This machine has two working modes, upper cylinder close mold, two horizontal cylinders synchronous extrusion, or upper cylinder extrusion, horizontal cylinder not working, after molding, lower cylinder ejecting products.
