應(yīng)用Applications

Tube-Sealer用于斷開生物制藥工藝中使用的一次性袋上的熱塑管，例如C-flex®、Advantaflex®、FluiSoft®、Sanipure™和Pharmed®?？稍诜菬o(wú)菌環(huán)境中斷開單個(gè)袋子或袋子組件，并保持產(chǎn)品的無(wú)菌性。
The Tube-Sealer is used to disconnect thermoplastic tubing such as C-Flex®，Advantaflex®，F(xiàn)luiSoft®，SaniPure™ and PharMed®，on disposable bag assemblies used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.Individual bags or bag assemblies can be disconnected in a non sterile environment by maintaining sterility of the product.

工作原理Operating Principle
兩個(gè)加熱元器件對(duì)帶液或不帶液熱塑管進(jìn)行擠壓，并對(duì)受擠壓熱塑管進(jìn)行加熱。在熱量和擠壓雙重作用下，管子熔合成均勻密封截面，可用剪刀從中將管子斷開。
The inserted empty or liquid filled tube will be compressed and heated between two eating elements.The heat and the compression force will fuse the tube to a omogeneous section.This section can be cut in the middle by using sharp scissors.

靈活適用Flexibility
一臺(tái)機(jī)器，可用于熱密封外徑1/4"-1"、壁厚1/16"-1/8"的熱塑管。可實(shí) 現(xiàn)帶液密封，這使其非常適于與一次性袋配合使用。
One machine can be adapted to seal tube with outer diameter from 1/4"to 1"or with wall-thickness from 1/16"to 1/8".It also can be used to seal tube with liquid which makes it ideal for the implementation of Single Use Bag Technology.

Easy to operate：One-button to select tube size，one-button to start sealing，ａnd one-button to open the cover.

熱封時(shí)間短Short sealing cycles
對(duì)于不同管徑和品牌的熱塑管，平均熱密封時(shí)間在1.5-4.5分鐘。
Depending on the tubing size and brand，the average sealing cycle times are between 1.5 to 4.5 minutes.
