2、反應釜軸的密封采用特殊衛生級機械密封設計，也可采用填料密封和磁力密封，密封程度高.
3、酚醛聚酯反應釜能夠承受120℃左右高溫滅菌消毒，工作溫度可達200℃，采用聚氨酯和巖棉作為保溫材料；并配備衛生級壓力表；
4、反應釜可采用蒸汽加熱、電加熱、導熱油等加熱方式，以滿足耐酸、耐堿、耐高溫、耐磨蝕、抗腐蝕等不同工作環境的工藝需求。
5、該反應釜可實現蒸汽的循環使用，降低能量損失，提升利用率，保護環境。
