刮板式薄膜蒸發(fā)器是利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)將液體分布成均勻薄膜而進行蒸發(fā)或蒸餾的一種高效蒸發(fā)、蒸餾設(shè)備，也可進行脫臭、脫泡反應(yīng)及加熱、冷卻等單元操作．可廣泛適用于中．西制藥、食品．輕工、石油、化工、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。
性能與特點：
1、傳熱系數(shù)值高、蒸發(fā)能力大，蒸發(fā)強度可達到200kg/m2/h,熱效率高。
2、物料加熱時間短．約5秒至10秒之間，且在真空條件下工作，對熱敏性物料更為有利，保持各種成份不產(chǎn)生任何分解，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
3、適應(yīng)粘度變化范圍廣．高低粘度物料均可以處理．物料粘度可高達10萬cP
4、改變刮板溝槽旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，可以調(diào)節(jié)物料在蒸發(fā)器的蒸發(fā)時間。
5、蒸發(fā)段筒體內(nèi)壁經(jīng)過精密鏜削并拋光處理，表面不易產(chǎn)生結(jié)焦、結(jié)垢。
Product overview
Wiped film evapoator is the use of high-speed rotation into a uniform distribution of the liquid evaporation or distillation carried out an efflcient evaporation,distillation equipment．but also for deodorization，defoaming reaction and heating and cooling unit operation can be widely applied in Western pharmaceutical,food，light industry，petrolelum,chemical industry,environmental protection and other industries. Performance and features：
1.the heat transfer coefficient is high，large evaporation capacity，evaporation intensity can reach 200kg／m2／h，high thermal efficiency.
2.material heating time is short between about 5-10 seconds,ａnd work under vacuum conditions，more favorable for heat-sensitive materials，maintaining a variety of ingredients does not produce any decomposition，to ensure product quality.
3.to adapt to a wide range of viscosity．low viscosity materials can handle the material viscosity up to 100,000 CP.
4.changing the direction of rotation of the blade grooves，you can adjust the material evaporation time in the evaporator.
5.the cylinder wall evaporator through precision boring and polished surface is not easy to produce coke,scaling.
