此工藝采用大型螺旋榨油機(jī)制油，螺旋榨油機(jī)是目前應(yīng)用較多的一種壓榨制油設(shè)備，它具有，連續(xù)化處理量大、動(dòng)態(tài)壓榨時(shí)間短、出油率高、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低等優(yōu)點(diǎn).
采用壓榨（熱榨、冷榨）工藝、壓榨-浸出工藝、預(yù)榨-浸出工藝、直接浸出工藝。與油料品種、取油工藝、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、油料綜合利用、投資規(guī)模等多種因素相關(guān)，因此有多種方案可供選擇。

注意事項(xiàng)：

4、 對(duì)浸出困難、粉末大或要求提高產(chǎn)量的原料采用膨化處理，降低殘油和溶耗，產(chǎn)量提高50-80%。
5、 影響出油率的因素分兩類(lèi)，油料：包括含油率、含雜量、物料大小、水分、溫度及油料細(xì)胞的破壞程度。機(jī)械：機(jī)械壓力、壓榨機(jī)械、壓榨溫度、料層厚度及排油阻力。
