間歇式油脂精煉設備
簡介：間歇式精煉設備，又名化學精煉設備。
處理量：1T/D-5T/D
主要過程：水化（脫膠）、中和（脫酸）、吸附（脫色）、過濾、蒸餾（脫臭）。
主要設備及用途：
1、兩臺精煉罐交替工作，可以脫膠、脫磷、脫酸。
2、脫色罐在真空下工作，用活性白土吸附脫色。
3、自動排渣過濾器，操作簡單。
4、脫臭罐采用不銹鋼304材質，保證油脂的品質；內置雙盤管加熱冷卻一體化。
5、皂腳鹽析罐用于精煉皂腳，回收部分油，降低成品油的損耗。
6、導熱油爐、蒸汽發生器。
其它附助設備壓縮機、真空泵、各種、電控柜、安裝材料、操作平臺和閥門管道全部包含在內；用戶無需采購其它設備。
間歇式精煉設備的特點：
