UNITROL 1020是UNITROL 1000系列的電壓調(diào)節(jié)器，用于中小型同步發(fā)電機(jī)和工業(yè)機(jī)器。UNITROL 1020將性能控制和電源電路與簡(jiǎn)單的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合
UNITROL 1020是一款強(qiáng)大而緊湊的自動(dòng)電壓調(diào)節(jié)器，具有內(nèi)置雙通道支持、并行運(yùn)行的機(jī)器之間的高級(jí)負(fù)載分配、旋轉(zhuǎn)二極管監(jiān)控、自動(dòng)同步和多個(gè)集成通信選項(xiàng)。

Operation modes
- Automatic voltage control with adjustable PID controller
- Power factor and reactive power controller with PID control algorithm
- Field current regulator with PI control
- Reactive power sharing for generators connected in parallel and in islａnd operation
- Automatic synchronizing and voltage matching prior synchronization
Monitoring and limiters
- Stand-by function and setpoint follow-up function through reliable CAN bus for redundant channel systems
- Enhanced system monitoring functions, as for instance voltage transformer monitoring
- Synchrocheck function
- Rotating diodes monitoring function (RDM)
- Various limiter functions (excitation current limiter and many others)
Data recorder and trending
- Automatic and manual triggered data logger records measurements and user selected data
- Event logger function records success information with time and date information
- Trending recorder using the user-friendly commissioning and maintenance tool CMT1000
Communication interfaces and tools
- Fully featured MODBUS communication via standard Ethernet and RS485
- Easy configuration and measurements reading through the powerful regulator’s LCD panel
- Powerful and user-friendly commissioning and maintenance software tool CMT1000 allows easy parameterization, monitoring, trending and optimization
Miscellaneous
- Power system stabilizer according to IEEE PSS 2A/2B
- Robust double processor technology keeps control of the regulation even during disturbances from the Ethernet communication side
