SMC組合式水箱是由SMC模壓單板，密封材料，金屬緊固件及配管系統(tǒng)組合拼裝而成，可根據(jù)用戶需要組裝1-1000m3的水箱。本水箱適用工礦企業(yè)單位生活及消防用水，民用住宅及公共建筑，以及對水質(zhì)要求較高的食品、醫(yī)藥、衛(wèi)生等貯水設(shè)施。
SMC玻璃鋼組合式水箱單板規(guī)格、性能及掃執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
SMC模壓單板規(guī)格：1000×1000mm、1000×500、500×500mm。
厚度有5mm、8mm、10mm、12mm、14mm，16mm，其中5mm厚度單板專作水箱蓋板。
SMC模壓單板經(jīng)機(jī)械化成型其性能如下：拉伸強(qiáng)度≥60MPa，彎曲強(qiáng)度≥100MPa，彎曲模量≥7.0GPa，巴氏硬度≥60，吸水度≤1.0%,玻璃纖維含量≥25%。
SMC組合式水箱質(zhì)量執(zhí)行中華人民共和國建材行業(yè)《JC-658.1-1997》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
