跌落試驗(yàn)機(jī)為產(chǎn)品包裝后在模擬不同的棱、角、面于不同的高度跌落于地面時(shí)的情況，從而了解產(chǎn)品受損情況及評(píng)估產(chǎn)品包裝組件在跌落時(shí)所能承受的墮落高度及耐沖擊強(qiáng)度。從而根據(jù)產(chǎn)品實(shí)際情況及國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)、完善包裝設(shè)計(jì)。本試驗(yàn)機(jī)是為測(cè)試各種產(chǎn)品包裝好后在搬運(yùn)或運(yùn)輸過(guò)種中,受到墮落而導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部受損情況,而為事先預(yù)防除害,既可用本機(jī)來(lái)預(yù)期進(jìn)行測(cè)試,從而得出佳解決方法,以便在運(yùn)送途中能盡量減少損失,以及評(píng)估電子組件在搬運(yùn)時(shí)受技術(shù)參數(shù)：
