固體熔融冷卻造粒機Solid Melting and Cooling Pelletizer
一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
通過造粒機布料器將來自上游工序熱融態物料均勻地鋪設于其下方勻速移動的鋼帶上,鋼帶下方設置有連續噴淋、冷卻裝置,迫使鋼帶上方的物料在移動過程得以快速冷卻、固化,從而達到造粒成型的目的。依據物性和使用要求,其布料器可選擇斷續滴下、連續拉條和全寬度溢流等不同形式,來滿足生產半球狀、條狀、片狀等不同形狀的產品。
本裝置適用于熔點(軟化點)在250℃以內需冷凝造粒、拉條切粒和冷卻結片破碎的各類物料,典型應用物料有:硫磺、石蠟、樹脂類、瀝青、順酐、偏酐、硬脂酸類產品、熱熔膠、有機中間體、復合肥料、橡膠和塑料等多方面的助劑類產品等。
本裝置還可廣泛適用于粉末狀物料和糕團狀粘性物料的快速降溫冷卻過程,如基質、水晶石基質、氟硅酸鈉等。
The distributor of the pelletizerwill uniformly distribute the materials from the upstream heat melting process on the steel belt moving at constant speed; the continuous spaying and cooling device is set under the steel belt, rapidly cooling and solidifying the materials on the steel belt during the movement, thus to realize the pelleting and forming purpose. According to thephysical property and use requirements, the continuous dripping, continuous bracing and full-width overflow forms may be selected by the distributor, thus to meet the requirements of producing products of different shapes, including semi spherical, strip and sheet.
The equipment is applicable to various materials with requirements of condensation pelleting, bracing and cutting, and cooling, sheeting and crushing within 250℃ of melt point (soften point). Typical materials include: sulphur, paraffin, resin, asphalt, maleic anhydride, meta-anhydride, stearic acid products, hot melt adhesive, organic intermediate, compound fertilizer, rubber, plastic, and other auxiliaries.
This equipment is widely applied to fast cooling process of powder materials and cake-shaped viscous materials, such as emulsion explosive matrix, crystal matrix and sodium fluosilicate.
二、特點 Characteristics
1.減少粉塵,改善操作環境;連續作業,提高生產效率;顆粒規整,商品價值得到提升。
2.采用薄鋼帶傳熱和強制噴淋冷卻,使熱融物料得以迅速冷卻、固化成型。
3. 由于鋼帶在卸料端的換向彎曲,使固化物料與鋼帶的結合面產生分離,卸料時粉塵極少,顆粒形狀得到完整保護。
4. 鋼帶和布料器均采用變頻調速,可根據生產能力、環境條件和物性方便地調節與控制。
1. It can reduce the dust, improve the operation environment, enhance the productivity with continuous operation, and increase the product value with well-structured granule.
2. The thin steel belt is adopted for heat transferring and forced spray cooling to rapidly cool and solidify the hot melt materials.
3. Due to the reverse bending of steel belt at the discharge end, the junction surface of solidified materials and steel belt is separated to generate little dust during the discharge and protect the granulate shape.
4. The frequency control is adopted by the steel belt and distributor, resulting in convenient adjustment and control according to productivity, environmental condition and physical property.
