一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
本設備在循環風機、加熱管、排濕風機作用下，箱體內迅速升溫，同時潔凈干燥空氣通過高溫高效過濾器進入箱體內腔，吸收物料表面的水分，然后進入循環通道蒸發排出，干燥空氣在風機作用下定向循環流動。隨著水蒸氣逐漸減少，同時間斷補充新鮮過濾后的潔凈空氣，箱體內形成微正壓狀態，滅菌室溫度達到設定值后在此設定溫度值循環以實現對物品的滅菌。
廣泛運用于制藥、食品等行業的物品滅菌，如：耐熱材料的滅菌與除熱源；玻璃空瓶、西林空瓶、玻璃器皿、金屬容器、設備零部件；生產輔具等。
Under the actions of circulating fan, heating pipe and moisture removing fan, the internal temperature of the oven rises, while the clean and dry air enters the inner chamber of oven after passing through high-temperature efficient filter, absorbs the moisture on the material surface, and is evaporated and discharged in the circulating channel. The dry air is circulated at fixed direction under the action of fan. The micro-positive pressure is formed in the oven with the decrease of water vapor and supplement of filtered fresh and clean air. The temperature valuecirculation is set after the temperature of sterilization chamber up to the set value to realize the sterilization of items.
This equipment is widely applied in the item sterilization in the pharmacy and food industry, such as sterilization and heat source removal of heat-resisting material, empty glass bottle, empty vial, glass ware, metal container, components & parts of equipment, and auxiliary tool for production.
二、特點Characteristics
1.設計工作溫度可達350℃，設備空載熱分布可以達到±3℃，高效通過DOP測試，塵埃粒子測試，箱內達到百級狀態。
2.干熱滅菌柜設備采用滿焊結構，內部拋光，Ra≤0.4 ，，無銳角。
3.干熱滅菌柜采用PLC控制，具備手/自動功能，觸摸屏人機界面，有雙重加熱保護功能。裝置上留有GMP驗證接口。
1. The designed maximum working temperature is up to 350℃,ａnd no-load heat distribution of equipment is up to±3℃; the DOP test and dust particle test are passed with high rate, and the one-hundred grade state can be realized in the oven.
2. The dry heat sterilization oven is designed with full weld structure, polished internal, and free of dead angle and acute angle with Ra≤0.4.
3. The dry heat sterilization oven adopts the PLC control and is provided with the manual/auto function, HMI touch panel, and double-heating protection function. The equipment is provided with GMPverification interface.
