超聲波換能器是超聲波焊接的核心組件，主要用于將電能轉換為機械能（超聲波）。 采用壓電陶 瓷片，保證強勁穩定的超聲波輸出。超聲波頻率主要為 20kHz，可根據客戶要求一起提供變幅桿和工 具頭。 它由震浪*的數字式超聲波發生器 TCR 驅動，TCR 是基于 IGBT 全橋移相技術，由震浪自行設計和 研發的產品，集成自動頻率追蹤、恒振幅輸出、振幅 10-99%可調、可遠程控制等功能，為用戶獲取 精準的諧振頻率和能量輸出保駕護航。工作過程中，TCR 會根據負載工作情況， 自動調整工作頻率， 使整個超聲系統始終工作在狀態。
