HVS-5A1/HVS-5D1維氏硬度計是采用精密機(jī)械和光、電、計算機(jī)軟件相結(jié)合的新型硬度測試儀。通過把測量的對角線值輸入到一體化計算器，從而計算出硬度值。
該機(jī)采用高倍率光學(xué)測量系統(tǒng)，目鏡鼓輪一次讀數(shù)。可測定鋼、有色金屬、IC薄片、薄塑料、金屬薄片、涂層、表面覆層、層壓金屬、熱處理碳化層和淬火硬化層的深度與硬度梯度。
