Principle of Operation

德國PTL 振棒料位開關迷你型CV660

CV660振動物位開關用于監測筒倉和儲罐里的自由流動性固體物料，尤其是顆粒物料的物位。CV660是CV600系列里低成本的一款。24V直流供電，并有一個晶體管的輸出。相比其它測量方法，振棒物位開關的優勢：

電子激發CV660振動棒振動，共振頻率約460赫茲。如果有物料覆蓋住振動棒，就會阻尼振棒振動，這時阻尼就會變為電子信號輸出。當振棒隨著物料水平的下降會暴露出來時，開始再次振動，輸出切換回來。振動有自動清潔振動桿的功能。
