其中400表示井徑不小于400毫米,Q表示潛水的(漢語拼音的打頭字母)J:表示潛水井用,H:表示不銹鋼潛水泵,R:表示熱水潛水泵。500表示流量是500m3/h;162表示揚程是162米;/9表示9級葉輪串聯,410KW:表示電機功率是410KW
適用范圍
適用于高溫廢水回收利用。如:鍋爐高溫廢水,輸水管路高溫廢水,散熱管路高溫廢水循環,電力搶修部門,抽排供熱管路廢水,工廠冷卻水循環等等。
技術參數
出口法蘭直徑700mm.固定螺栓數量為12條 ,型號為16*80(8.8)級,螺栓中心距325mm.為方便用戶安裝使用,出廠時特意配備了與機組出水口一致的配對法蘭一片;由用戶自己現場焊接接泵短管。
允許介質范圍
1.無雜質高溫工業廢水
2.允許工作水溫范圍:+5℃-+125℃
3.固體雜質含量(質量比)不大于0.01%
4.PH值(酸堿度)6.5—8.5 有PH值超出范圍請提前告知我們,以便我們更換不銹鋼或者錫青銅等其他耐腐蝕材質。
5.硫化氫的含量不大于1.5mg/L
6.氯離子的含量不大于400mg/L
7.機組必須浸沒水中
電機參數
潛水電機為清水潤滑,使用前必須給電機腔內注滿潔凈的清水(注:一一定要注滿,否則將減少電機的使用壽命。如果忘記加水,電機將迅速燒壞。具體參數見電機)

電源:380V/660V/1140V/3000V/6000V/10000V 50HZ /60HZ 如果客戶需要特殊電壓或特殊頻率時需提前通知我們
材料
泵殼的材質有:鑄鐵 200HT; 不銹鋼或錫青銅 具體材質按雙方技術協議提供
泵軸:不銹鋼 2Cr13; 雙相不銹鋼;17-4 等根據環境不同我們提供的材質也不同,屆時按技術協議提供。
