三、養(yǎng)護室超聲波加濕器操作步驟：
★ 斷開霧化器電源，取出霧化器并擦干凈霧化器；
★拆開換能片備件包裝袋，取出工具匙及備用霧化換能片；
★ 用工具匙擰開霧化器壓圈，取出壓圈及換能腔中換能片；
★清理換能腔中的污垢及雜物并用軟布擦干凈換能腔；
★把新的換能片放入換能腔(注意裝配時換能片的方向)，用工具匙擰緊壓圈。

四、養(yǎng)護室超聲波加濕器安裝步驟：
★選擇合適的位置放置好加濕機
★將自來水管與加濕機過濾器進水口連接好
★ 向水箱內注水(本品為自動調整水位)
★ 把加濕機電源線與風機電源線接到相應電源上
① 主機電源接48VDC
② 風機電源接24VDC
★將開關電源接到相應的控制設備上

五、養(yǎng)護室超聲波加濕器換能機備件及使用方法：
換能面在正常使用狀態(tài)下，換能片的使用壽命約為3000-5000小時，當出現(xiàn)霧化量明顯衰減情況下，請先清潔換能片表面水垢或雜質，如果清潔后霧化量仍然不足，則需要更換換能片。

注：本機設有內置電子溫控保護開關(斷開溫度為65±5℃，復位溫度為40±5℃)和缺水保護開關，請放心使用。

七、養(yǎng)護室超聲波加濕器保養(yǎng)及維修注意事項：
★ 使用本加濕機，請務必使用我公司提供的開關電源，開關電源在接線完成后應固定在墻上等干燥、不易被碰到的位置，且工作時不要觸摸電源任一部位，以防觸電，開關電源所放位置應通風良好，工作時外表溫度會高達40-50℃，請放心使用。
★當需群式使用加濕機時，請務必按要求分別單獨配備電源，不能用單個電源連接多個加濕機工作。
★在加濕機工作一段時間后，由于水垢會沉積在霧化器換能片表面，直接影響出霧量，建議每隔2-3周清洗一次，要用細軟棉布輕擦換能片，去除污垢(切不可用洗衣粉、洗滌靈等帶腐蝕性的清洗劑清洗)保持加濕機A佳的工作狀態(tài)。
注：根據(jù)各地水質的不同，可適當縮短或延長清洗的周期。
★霧化器經長時間工作后(約3000小時)霧化量會逐漸減小，此時請參照圖(2)更換新霧化片。
★定期清洗過濾器濾芯，如長時間工作濾芯被垢堵塞則需更換。
★ 嚴禁將帶腐蝕性的液體注入水箱，確保加濕機的正常工作和使用壽命。

★ When you need to use the humidifier in groups, please be sure to provide power separately according to the requirements. Do not use a single power supply to connect multiple humidifiers to work.
★ After the humidifier works for a period of time, because scale will be deposited on the surface of the atomizer transducer sheet, which directly affects the amount of fog, it is recommended to clean it every 2-3 weeks, and wipe the transducer sheet with a soft cotton cloth to remove dirt (Do not use corrosive detergents such as washing powder and detergent) to keep the humidifier A in good working condition.
Note: The cleaning cycle can be shortened or prolonged appropriately according to the water quality in different places.
★ After long time work (about 3000 hours), the atomization amount of the atomizer will gradually decrease. At this time, please refer to Figure (2) to replace the atomizer with a new one.
★ Clean the filter element regularly. If it is blocked by dirt for a long time, it needs to be replaced.
