CBR承載比試驗儀
CBR承載比試驗儀適用于各種土和混合料（粒徑小于40mm的土）在規定的試筒模內壓實后進行承載比試驗，以確定所設計的路面、路面基層，底基層，路基材料層的承載能力，儀器由主機、量力環及貫入桿、加栽板、百分表、膨脹量測定裝置等組成。儀器具有體積小，出力大，操作方便等特點。

CBR承載比試驗儀使用方法:
★打開電源開關，儀器運轉，檢查儀器的工作狀況是否正常，檢查手柄進出，轉動是否正常，如一切正常可準備開始試驗。
★按《公路路面基層材料試驗規程》JTJ075-85承載比試驗方法制取試件。
★測量飽水膨脹量：
★測量飽水膨脹量：將經過濕氣養生的試件放在裝有調節桿的多孔板，在板上加足夠的載荷板，使試件面上的壓力等于該材料層上路面的壓力，
★將試筒與多孔板一起放在水槽內（先不放水）并用拉桿將模具拉緊，安裝百分表，讀取初始讀數。
★向水槽內放水，使自由進到試件的頂部，在飽水期間，槽內水應保持在試件的頂面以上25mm，通常試件要泡96小時，
★在泡水時間到時，讀取百分表讀數，計算膨脹量。

★ Remove the sample from the water tank, pour out the water on the sample, let it stａnd for 15 minutes to allow it to drain, then remove the additional load and the perforated plate, the bottom plate and the filter paper, and load M to calculate the depth and density change of the test piece. .
★ Penetration test: Place the test piece after the saturated water test on the tester lifting plate, adjust the penetrating rod and the force measuring ring, and place a predetermined number of load plates around the penetrating rod.
★ Apply a 45N load to the penetrating lever with the hａnd wheel, and then adjust the force gauge and the deformation indicator to zero.
★ Press the human handwheel, record the penetration of some readings (20, 40… ..) of the dial indicator, and pay attention to the penetration of 2.5mm, which can have more than 8 readings, total penetration Load ratio when the amount is 2.5, 50mm:

CBR承載比試驗儀保養：
1、每次使用后，應立即將儀器擦干凈。
2、使用一年后應把變速箱內潤滑油脂換上新的潤滑油脂，一會定期保養。
