為高精度模組化涂布站機構組合裝配，可連續式涂布打樣或小量生產的實驗室迷你型熱熔膠涂布貼合機。可以將熱熔壓敏膠直接涂布于耐熱基材，或涂布于離型紙上再將膠膜轉圖貼合于個中國不同面材上，如紙張、塑料模型金屬膜等。
連續式熱熔膠涂布貼合實驗機性能特點
·全機為高精度模組化涂布站結構組合裝配。
·以百分表為分度頭做微調上下膠輪涂布間隙來控制涂布厚度。低上膠厚度為0.01mm。厚度設定后，可以間接鎖定膠輪，防止間隙改變。
·大涂布寬幅為280mm。徒步寬幅以膠槽內兩片Teflon擋板來調整。可以無限長度涂布上膠，自動收卷。
·正反轉無級變速，好涂布速度：4.5m/min
·放料卷軸可調整旋鈕改變張力放料。
·收料卷軸可調整機械式張力控制收取。
