3、加工工藝：板材下料：采用德國進(jìn)口的2000W數(shù)控光纖激光切割機，速度高，下料快，工差小。折彎：全自動數(shù)控折彎，機械人操作，精度高，誤差少。焊接：點焊和氬弧焊。噴涂：全自動噴房，進(jìn)口瓦格那高級噴槍，流水線加溫固化爐。
4、柜體結(jié)構(gòu)：每個單元均可拆裝結(jié)構(gòu)，包裝小，裝安前搬運方便，體積小不易碰到實驗室的過道及樓梯，上樓容易，移動快捷。
5、組裝：規(guī)格多，組合靈活，根據(jù)房間大小，可以任意組合成需要的實驗臺（邊臺或臺），亦可選配吊柜，柜體從300主機柜到1000雙門雙抽柜，每隔25MM就有一個單元柜，還配有帶抽屜坐位、帶鍵盤架坐位和空坐位，
6、顏色：柜體為主流時尚灰色，踢腳線顏色為深灰色與房間的踢腳線相近。
7、面臺：臺面采用12.7mm實心理化板或（環(huán)氧樹脂板 陶瓷臺面）

5, assembly: specifications, flexible combination, according to the size of the room, can be arbitrarily combined into the need of the experimental platform (side or central), can also be optional condole cabinet, cabinet body from 300 main machine cabinet to 1000 double doors double drawer cabinet, every 25MM there is a unit cabinet, also equipped with drawer seat, with keyboard rack seat and empty seat,
