本產品適宜輸送強腐蝕性介質。除熔融堿金屬，發煙硝酸等少數介質外，選用不同的氟塑料材料，幾乎能抵抗所有化學介質的腐蝕，包括濃硝酸和王水的腐蝕。
CQF fluoroplastic magnetic driven centrifugal pump is a new typemagnetic driven fluoroplastic lined centrifugal pump, designed to internationalstandard ISO2858.The flow passage components are lined with fluoroplastic,ａnd the pumpis fully enclosed and leakage free, suitable in industrial sectorssuch as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, power and paper-making.
This product is suitable for conveying highly corrosive media.Except for a small number of media such as molten alkali metal and fumingnitric acid, with different fluoroplastics, it can resist the corrosion of allchemical media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia.
結構說明 Description ofstructure
1.該型泵為單級、單吸、臥式、徑向剖分，軸向吸入、徑向排出。
2.泵的軸向力主要靠葉輪上的副葉片進行水力平衡，殘余軸向力由推力軸承承受。
3.采用ISO2858標準，方便替代IHF化工泵。
4.工藝液體自冷卻潤滑傳動部件。
5.整臺泵只需要1-2個密封圈，全密封，無泄漏，確保了安全性。
6.過流部件采用氟塑料內襯，尤其是PFA，其析出的污染物最少，非常適用于輸送高純度的化學藥液。
7.泵軸由高強度的無壓燒結碳化硅制成，滑動軸承由高密度碳型碳化硅材料制成。
8.一般采用葉輪與內磁轉子分體式結構，優于普遍的葉輪與內磁轉子一體式結構，降低了意外情況下的故障損失，減少了備件損耗。
9.選用不銹鋼、碳鋼、球墨鑄鐵等不同材質的外殼體，增加了泵在各種介質溫度的強度及耐腐蝕性能。
10.選用纖維增強罩保護的隔離套，既消除了渦流損失，又獲得了足夠的強度，提高了隔離套的承壓能力。
11.可選擇電機直連或通過聯軸器連接的形式，電機直連式了節省成本和空間，傳動效率高，安裝方便，不需要同心度較準。
12.從驅動端看，泵為順時針方向旋轉。
13. 該型號泵可以采用立式結構，型號標記為CQFL。
1. This pump is of horizontal single stage and single suctiontype with radial split, axial suction and radial discharge.
2.The axial load on the pump is mainly balanced hydraulically bythe back blades or balance holes on the impeller, and the residual axial forceis taken by the thrust bearing.
3.ISO2858 standard is adopted in place of IHF chemical pumpsconveniently.
4.The driving components are cooled and lubricated by processliquid.
5.In the whole pump, only 1~2 sealing rings are used, ensuringbest safety performance with total enclosing and free of leakage.
6.Flow passage parts are lined with fluoroplastics, especiallyPFA, with minimum pollutant separated out, highly suitable for conveying highpurity chemical liquid.
7.The pump shaft is made with high strength pressurelesssintered carborundum, and sliding bearings are made with high density carbontype carborundum.
8.The impeller and inner magnetic rotor are normally in splitstructure, which is better than the ordinary integrated structure for impellerａnd inner rotor, reducing the failure loss in case of accident and loweringspare parts consumption.
9. External volute is available in different materials such asstainless steel, carbon steel and modular cast iron, increasing the strengthａnd corrosion resistance of the pump at all media temperature.
10.Spacers protected by fiber-reinforced hood are used,eliminating eddy current loss and obtaining sufficient strength, with increasedpressure bearing capacity of spacer.
11.Either direct connection or via coupling can be selected formotor, and direct connection of motor saves cost and space, featuring highdriving efficiency and convenient installation, without the need ofconcentricity alignment.
12.The pump rotates in a clockwise direction when viewed fromthe driving end.
13. Pumps of this model can adopt vertical structure. The modelmarking is CQFL.
