CQA型泵為單級(jí)單吸臥式磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)石油化工流程泵，該型泵參照美國石油學(xué)會(huì)API685及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制造，具有全密封、無泄漏、無污染，效率高，汽蝕性能好、零部件通用性、互換性好，結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)，可廣泛應(yīng)用于石油化工、精細(xì)化工、冶金、電力等行業(yè)。
CQA型泵通過內(nèi)外磁轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行耦合傳動(dòng)，隔離套將內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子密封在泵腔內(nèi)，運(yùn)用磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)，解決了石油化工流程中易燃易爆、有毒有害及稀有貴重流體的輸送問題。
本產(chǎn)品適宜輸送不含固體顆粒的介質(zhì)和不允許密封材料污染的場合。
除非能有效排除鐵磁性微粒，否則本產(chǎn)品應(yīng)避免輸送含有鐵磁性物料的液體。
CQA pump is a single stage,single suction horizontal magnetic drive petrochemical process pump. It hasbeen designed and manufactured by referencing API685 and other relevantstandards. It features full sealing, no leakage, no pollution, highreliability, good cavitation performance, good versatility andinterchangeability of parts, high structural safety and reliability, and stableoperation etc. It can be widely used for petrochemical industry, fine chemicalindustry, metallurgy, and electric power industry etc.
CQA pump is driven by coupledinternal and external magnetic rotors. An isolation sleeve seals the internalmagnetic rotor inside the pump cavity. Magnetic drive technology has been used,solving the difficult problem of conveying inflammable, explosive, toxic,harmful, rare, and noble fluids in petrochemical flow path.
This product is applicable to conveying media not containingsolid particles and occasions where contamination of sealing material is notpermitted.
Except ferromagnetic particles can be effectively removed, useof this product to convey liquid containing ferromagnetic material shall beavoided.
結(jié)構(gòu)說明 Description ofstructure
1.該系列泵均為單級(jí)、單吸、臥式懸臂離心泵；
2.泵為軸向水平吸入，徑向垂直排出，也可制成左側(cè)或右側(cè)排出；
3.泵體為蝸殼式、徑向剖分，具有底腳支撐（CQA型）和中心支撐（CQAH型）兩種形式；
4.葉輪為整體鑄造，帶有后密封環(huán)和平衡孔，以平衡軸向力；
5.通過泵送工藝液體自循環(huán)和外接液體強(qiáng)制循環(huán)等多種循環(huán)方式將泵內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的渦流熱和摩擦熱帶走，以滿足不同工況介質(zhì)的輸送。
6. 因結(jié)晶、汽化等工況需要時(shí)，可帶冷卻或保溫夾套。
7.優(yōu)化的剛性軸結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，具有更佳的撓度指數(shù)，使泵的振動(dòng)值進(jìn)一步降低。
8.內(nèi)置滑動(dòng)軸承采用了大厚度、重載、強(qiáng)推力陶瓷軸承，選用高純度、高耐磨性的碳化硅材料，使用壽命長。
9.內(nèi)外磁轉(zhuǎn)子均為全密封式結(jié)構(gòu)，防止泵在腐蝕環(huán)境下磁體腐蝕和磁性能的衰退。
10.滾動(dòng)軸承采用稀油潤滑，其油位由油標(biāo)和油杯同時(shí)控制，油杯能自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償油位；
11.采用了加長撓性膜片式聯(lián)軸器部件，檢修時(shí)不必拆卸吸入和吐出管路就能拆出葉輪、軸等零部件；
12.泵和電機(jī)安裝在同一個(gè)公用底座上。
13.法蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可提供ANSI、HG/T20615、HG/T20592等多種選擇。
14.可配帶普通電機(jī)、防爆電機(jī)、直流電機(jī)和永磁電機(jī)等。
1. This series pumps are all single stage, single suction,horizontal cantilever centrifugal pumps.
2. These pumps adopt axial horizontal suction and radialvertical discharge (or left or right discharge).
3. Pump body adopts volute type, radial splitting, and bottomfeet support (CQA) or central support (CQAH).
4. The impeller is an integral casting, complete with rear sealring and balance hole to balance axial force.
5. Eddy flow heat and friction heat generated in the pump istaken away by various circulation modes, e.g. pumped process liquidself-circulation and forced circulation of externally connected liquid, tosatisfy conveying of media under different operating conditions.
6. Cooling or thermal insulation jacket can be provided ifrequired by operating condition such as crystallization or evaporation.
7. Optimized rigid shaft structural design provides betterdeflection index, further reducing pump vibration.
8. Internal sliding bearing adopts thick, heavy duty, strongthrust ceramic bearing, and high purity, high wear resistance silicon carbidematerial, thus allowinglong service life.
9. Both internal and external magnetic rotors adopt fully sealedstructure, thus preventing pump magnet corrosion in corrosive environment anddeterioration of magnetism.
10. Roller bearing is lubricated by oil, with the oil levelcontrolled by both oil gauge and oil cup. This oil cup can automaticallycompensate the oil level.
11. Lengthened flexible membrane type coupling is adopted. Formaintenance, parts such as impeller and shaft etc. can be removed withoutdismantling the suction pipeline or discharge pipeline.
12. The pump and the motor are installed on the same pedestal.
13. Flange standard may be ANSI, HG/T20615, or HG/T20592.
14. ordinary motor, explosionproof motor, DC motor, or permanentmagnet motor etc. can be used.
