多層燒結金屬網是采用多層金屬編織絲網，通過特殊的疊層壓制與真空燒結等工藝制造而成，具有較高機械強度和整體剛性結構的一種新型過濾材料。其各層絲網的網孔相互交錯、形成一種均一而理想的過濾結構，不僅克服了普通金屬絲網強度低、剛性差、網孔形狀不穩定的不足，而且能夠對材料的孔隙大小、滲透性能和強度特性進行合理的匹配與設計，從而使其具有優良的過濾精度、過濾阻抗、機械強度、耐磨性、耐熱性和被加工性，綜合性能明顯優于燒結金屬粉末、陶瓷、纖維、濾布、濾紙等其他類型的過濾材料。

目前，我公司生產研制和生產的多層燒結金屬網系列產品已在過濾凈化、氣-固、液-固和氣-液分離、發散冷卻、氣體分布、氣浮傳輸、流態化床、氣體采集以及減震、消聲、阻燃等方面被廣泛應用于航空、航天、石油、化工、冶金、機械、制藥、食品、合成纖維、膠片、環保等工業領域。

1）用于高溫環境作分散冷卻材料；

2）用于氣體分布，液態化床孔板材料；

Product introduction:

Multi-layer sintered metal mesh is formed with multi-layer metal woven wire mesh through the special laminated pressing and vacuum sintering technology, which is a new type of filtration medium with high mechanical strength and the integral rigid structure. Its interlaced mesh of each layer forms a uniform and ideal filtration structure. It not only overcomes the disadvantages of the ordinary metal screen, such as low strength, poor rigidity and unstable mesh shape, but also is able to make a reasonable matching and design according to pore size, permeability and strength characteristics of the material. Thus this kind of material has an excellent filtering precision, filtration resistance, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and processability. And its comprehensive performance is obviously better than sintered metal powder, ceramics, fiber, cloth filter, filter paper and other types of filter material.

At present, the multi-layer sintered metal mesh series products, developped and produced by our company, have been widely used in many industrial fields such as aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, machinery, pharmaceutical, food, synthetic fiber, film, environmental protection in respect of filtration purification, gas-solid, liquid-solid and gas-liquid separation, divergent cooling, gas distribution, gas floating transmission, fluidized bed, gas gathering and shock absorption, noise elimination, flame retardant etc.
