不銹鋼折波濾芯又名熔體濾芯。此濾芯主要濾材主要采用不銹鋼編織網和不銹鋼纖維燒結氈兩種。不銹鋼編織網是由不銹鋼絲編制而成，其折波濾芯具有孔道光滑、易清洗、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、絲網不脫落、過濾周期長等特性。不銹鋼纖維燒結氈是一種采用不銹鋼纖維經高溫燒結制成的多孔深層過濾型材料，其折波濾芯具有孔隙率高，透氣性好，納污能力強，再生能力強等特性。

主要特點：

1. 過濾面積大（是普通圓柱形濾芯的5~10倍）

2. 過濾精度范圍廣（1~300μm）

Product introduction:

Stainless steel Pleated Filter Cartridge is also called Melt Filter Cartridge. The main two kinds of filter medium of this filter are stainless steel woven wire mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt.

Stainless steel woven wire mesh is made of stainless steel wire by weaving together. The pleated filter cartridge produced by this material has some superior features such as smooth channel, easy to clean, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistance, without wire net falling off, long filtration cycle etc.

Stainless steel fibre sintered felt is a kind of porous deep filtration material which is made of stainless steel fiber sintered with high temperature. The pleated filter produced by this material also have some advantages. e.g high porosity, good permeability, strong dirt holding capacity, strong regeneration ability ａnd so on.
