ID Quantique的ID100可見(jiàn)單光子探測(cè)器 ID100系列提供緊湊且價(jià)位合理的單光子計(jì)數(shù)模塊，具有1流的定時(shí)分辨率（適用于TCSPC應(yīng)用）和低死區(qū)時(shí)間。基于在可見(jiàn)光譜范圍內(nèi)的可靠硅雪崩光電二管，該模塊能夠檢測(cè)低至單個(gè)光子的弱光信號(hào)。

該模塊具有僅40 ps的定時(shí)分辨率和45 ns的死區(qū)時(shí)間，在需要單定時(shí)光子檢測(cè)并具有較高定時(shí)精度的所有應(yīng)用中均優(yōu)于現(xiàn)有的商用檢測(cè)器。 ID100具有時(shí)序穩(wěn)定性，*高可達(dá)到20 MHz的計(jì)數(shù)速率。

暗計(jì)數(shù)率： ID100探測(cè)器一共有四種別：Educational(教學(xué))，Regular（常規(guī)），Standard（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）和Ultra-Low Noise（低噪聲），主要取決于暗計(jì)數(shù)率的性能參數(shù)。
