打磨設備采用1.2mm厚鍍鋅板翻邊、組合式裝配結構,外形美觀,經濟耐用,更便于運輸與組裝。濾筒采用直接有卡盤卡在多孔板上,便于用戶檢修和更換濾筒,使濾筒不易磨損而且有助于清灰;濾料根據用戶的實際需要選擇。
本設備采用負壓式設計,即含塵氣體由進風口進入下箱體,通過濾筒進行過濾,由于濾筒的各種效應作用將粉塵、氣體分離開。粉塵被吸附在濾筒上而氣體穿過濾桶由文氏管進入上箱體,凈化后的空氣可以直接通過除塵器的回風口排出,完成整個系統的循環。含塵氣體通過濾筒凈化的過程中,隨著時間的增加,積聚在濾筒上的粉塵越來越多,因而使濾筒的阻力逐漸增加,通過濾筒的氣體量逐漸減少,為了使除塵器能正常工作,設備安裝了脈沖自控清理裝置,是由脈沖控制儀發出指令按順序觸發每個控制閥,開啟脈沖閥,使氣包內的壓縮
空氣由噴吹管經各孔文氏管噴射到各對應的濾筒內,濾筒在氣流瞬間反向作用下急劇膨脹,使積在濾筒表面的粉塵脫落,濾筒得到再生,被清掉粉塵的粉塵落入灰斗。灰斗采用推拉式結構,清灰過程快捷方便。上部設 有卸灰板,保證灰塵全部集中到灰斗。

The dust is ad-sorbed on the filter cartr idge, and the gas passes through the venturi into the upper tank, and the purified air can be directly di schargedthrough the return air outlet of the dust collector to complete the circulation of the entire system. During the purification process ofthe dust-containing gas through the filter cartridge, as the time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter cartridge, so
that the resistance of the filter cartridge is gradually increased, and the amount of gas passing through the filter cartridge is graduallyreduced, in order to remove dust. The device can work normally, and the device is equipped with a pulse self-control cleaning device, whichis triggered by the pulse controller to sequentially trigger each control valve, and open the pulse valve to compress the air bag.
