三、原理：
樣品的流動性隨著溫度的降低而變慢，直到達某溫度時，樣品出現不流動，本機采用新技術，用半導體制冷將樣品快速降溫，在降溫過程中用光電管（含紅外）發射多束光線到達樣品表面，用電機傾斜樣品，流動的樣品將光線反射到CCD攝像機上，形成一副圖像，計算機根據圖像流動時的變化量，判斷出油樣凝點和傾點。
四、性能特點
1、雙CPU微型計算機控制。高性能半導體制冷器。測定過程自動進行。
2、測試時間短，重復性好準確。具有故障自診斷功能。整機結構合理，操作方便。

Iii. Principle:
Samples of liquid with low temperature and slow, until at a certain temperature, the sample appear not flow, the machine adopts the latest technology, the samples with semiconductor refrigeration cooling fast, in the cooling process using photocell (infrared) how reach the surface of the sample beam of light emission, samples of motor tilt flow samples will reflect light the CCD camera, forming a pair of images, computer according to image the change of flow quantity, determine the sample solidifying point and pour point.
