三、性能及特點
1、儀器采用觸摸屏全程操作控制，人性化設計使儀器具備操作簡單方便，易學易會易保養的特點。
2、本儀器采用數字動態采集識別技術，自動分析和識別油樣狀態，使用自動控制技術完成45°傾斜動作。
3、本軟件可以對測試的數據進行保存，以供后續查看。如有需要還可進行打印。

四、原理：
樣品的流動性隨著溫度的降低而變慢，直到達某溫度時，樣品出現不流動，本機采用新技術，用半導體制冷將樣品快速降溫，在降溫過程中用光電管（含紅外）發射多束光線到達樣品表面，用電機傾斜樣品，流動的樣品將光線反射到CCD攝像機上，形成一副圖像，計算機根據圖像流動時的變化量，判斷出油樣的傾點。
