采用蒽醌法鈀觸媒固定床生產(chǎn)工藝,系統(tǒng)包括氫化、氧化、萃取凈化、工作液后處理和濃縮五個(gè)工段。原理是:以2-乙基蒽醌(EAQ)四氫2-乙基蒽醌(H4EAQ)為載體,重芳烴(AR)和四丁基脲(TBU)、磷酸三辛酯(TOP)為混合溶劑,配制成一定組成的溶液(簡(jiǎn)稱工作液),將該溶液與氫氣一起通入裝有催化劑的氫化反應(yīng)器,在一定壓力和溫度下進(jìn)行氫化反應(yīng),得到相應(yīng)的氫蒽醌(HEAQ)溶液(簡(jiǎn)稱氫化液)。該溶液再被空氣中氧所氧化,溶液中的氫蒽醌恢復(fù)成原來的蒽醌,同時(shí)生成雙氧水,此時(shí)的工作液稱氧化液。利用雙氧水在水和工作液中溶解度的不同以及工作液和水的比重差,用水萃取含有雙氧水的氧化液,得到雙氧水的水溶液,即雙氧水。該萃取液經(jīng)重芳烴凈化除去可溶性有機(jī)雜質(zhì)即得到成品雙氧水(濃度約35%),被萃取后的氧化液稱為萃余液,萃余液經(jīng)沉降、真空除水,送回氫化工序循環(huán)使用。濃度約為35%的稀品雙氧水需要進(jìn)一步提升過氧化氫濃度,則需要濃縮精餾制得50-60%w/w)的雙氧水溶液。

The preparation process of anthraquinone palladium catalyst fixed bed is adopted. The system consists of five sections: hydrogenation, oxidation, extraction & purification, working solution post-treatment and concentration. The principle is: using 2-ethylanthraquinone (EAQ) and tetrahydro2-ethylanthraquinone (H4EAQ) as carriers, AR, TBU and TOP as mixed solvents to prepare a solution (working solution). The solution and hydrogen are introduced into the hydrogenation reactor filled with catalyst, and the hydrogenation reaction is carried out under a certain pressure and temperature to obtain the hydrogen anthraquinone (HEAQ) solution (hydrogenation solution for short). The solution is then oxidized by oxygen in the air, and the HEAQ in the solution is restored to the original EAQ, and hydrogen peroxide is generated at the same time. At this time, the working solution is called oxidation solution. Using the different solubility of hydrogen peroxide in water and working solution and the difference of specific gravity between working solution and water, the oxidation solution containing hydrogen peroxide is extracted with water to obtain the aqueous hydrogen peroxide, i.e. hydrogen peroxide. The extracted liquid is purified by heavy aromatics to remove the soluble organic impurities to obtain the finished product hydrogen peroxide (concentration is about 35%). The oxidation solution after extraction is called raffinate, which is sent back to the hydrogenation process for recycling after sedimentation and vacuum water removal. Hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 50-60% (w/w) can be obtained by further concentration and rectification of the 35% hydrogen peroxide.

技術(shù)特點(diǎn):

(1) 采用全酸性工藝,從源頭杜絕引發(fā)安全事故的隱患,裝置運(yùn)行安全穩(wěn)定;

(2) 采用FAH新型高效催化劑并配套新型固定床結(jié)構(gòu),具有活性好、效率高、安全、壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn);

(3) 使用三組分溶劑體系,蒽醌溶解度高、安全可靠、氫效高,單套裝置產(chǎn)能大;

(4) 使用的新型復(fù)配工作液組體系的氧化時(shí)間短,可大大縮小氧化塔體積,氧化效率高;

(5) 萃取塔內(nèi)件經(jīng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),萃余液雙氧水含量低;

(6) 采用高效聚結(jié)、真空脫水等措施,有效分離工作液中水分含量,可確保白土床的工作液凈化效率;

(7) 采用TBU溶劑體系+凈化塔+高效相分離技術(shù),產(chǎn)品TOC含量低。

(8) 采用國(guó)際品牌的離心式空氣壓縮機(jī),操作簡(jiǎn)單、自動(dòng)化程度高、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定;

(9) 采用的膨脹制冷發(fā)電機(jī)組及全自動(dòng)活性碳顆粒吸附和脫附技術(shù)處理氧化尾氣,確保尾氣達(dá)標(biāo)排放,同時(shí)將氧化尾氣的勢(shì)能轉(zhuǎn)化為電能;

(10) 采用DCS控制系統(tǒng)、SIS安全儀表系統(tǒng)、ESD緊急停車系統(tǒng)保證系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行安全。


Technical features:


(1) Whole acid process is adopted to eliminate the hidden safety accidents from the source, ensuring the safety and stability of the plant;


(2) The new FAH high efficiency catalyst and new fixed bed structure are used, which has the advantages of good activity, high efficiency, safety and long service life;


(3) Three-component solvent system is used, with high anthraquinone solubility, safety and reliability, high hydrogen efficiency, and large capacity of single plant;


(4) The oxidation time of the new compound working solution system is short, the volume of the oxidation tower can be greatly reduced, and the oxidation efficiency is high;


(5) The optimized design of the extraction tower internals shows that the content of hydrogen peroxide in the raffinate is low;


(6) High efficiency coalescence, vacuum dehydration and other measures are adopted to effectively separate the water from the working solution, so as to ensure the purification efficiency of the working solution in the clay bed;


(7) Adopting TBU solvent system + purification tower + high efficiency phase separation technology, the product TOC content is low.


(8) Superior centrifugal air compressor is adopted, which is simple in operation, with high automation and stable operation;


(9) Adopt the most advanced expansion refrigeration generator set and full-automatic activated carbon particle adsorption and desorption technology to treat the oxidation tail gas, ensuring that the tail gas can satisfy the emission standard, and convert potential energy of the oxidation tail gas into electric energy;


(10) DCS control system, SIS safety instrument system and ESD emergency shutdown system are adopted to ensure the operation safety of the system.
