打磨設(shè)備采用1.2mm厚鍍鋅板翻邊、組合式裝配結(jié)構(gòu)，外形美觀，經(jīng)濟(jì)耐用，更便于運(yùn)輸與組裝。濾筒采用直接有卡盤卡在多孔板上，便于用戶檢修和更換濾筒，使濾筒不易磨損而且有助于清灰;濾料根據(jù)用戶的實(shí)際需要選擇。
本設(shè)備采用負(fù)壓式設(shè)計(jì)，即含塵氣體由進(jìn)風(fēng)口進(jìn)入下箱體，通過濾筒進(jìn)行過濾，由于濾筒的各種效應(yīng)作用將粉塵、氣體分離開。粉塵被吸附在濾筒上而氣體穿過濾桶由文氏管進(jìn)入上箱體，凈化后的空氣可以直接通過除塵器的回風(fēng)口排出，完成整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的循環(huán)。含塵氣體通過濾筒凈化的過程中，隨著時(shí)間的增加，積聚在濾筒上的粉塵越來越多，因而使濾筒的阻力逐漸增加，通過濾筒的氣體量逐漸減少，為了使除塵器能正常工作，設(shè)備安裝了脈沖自控清理裝置，是由脈沖控制儀發(fā)出指令按順序觸發(fā)每個(gè)控制閥，開啟脈沖閥，使氣包內(nèi)的壓縮
空氣由噴吹管經(jīng)各孔文氏管噴射到各對(duì)應(yīng)的濾筒內(nèi)，濾筒在氣流瞬間反向作用下急劇膨脹，使積在濾筒表面的粉塵脫落，濾筒得到再生，被清掉粉塵的粉塵落入灰斗。灰斗采用推拉式結(jié)構(gòu)，清灰過程快捷方便。上部設(shè) 有卸灰板，保證灰塵全部集中到灰斗。

The dev ice adopts a negat ive pressure type design, that is, the dust- -containing gas enters the lower tank from the air inlet, and is fil-tered through the filter cartridge, and the dust and the gas are separated due to var ious effects of the filter cartridge. The dust is ad-sorbed on the filter cartr idge, and the gas passes through the venturi into the upper tank, and the purified air can be directly di schargedthrough the return air outlet of the dust collector to complete the circulation of the entire system. During the purification process ofthe dust-containing gas through the filter cartridge, as the time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter cartridge, so
that the resistance of the filter cartridge is gradually increased, and the amount of gas passing through the filter cartridge is graduallyreduced, in order to remove dust. The device can work normally, and the device is equipped with a pulse self-control cleaning device, whichis triggered by the pulse controller to sequentially trigger each control valve, and open the pulse valve to compress the air bag.
