我廠綜合國內外泵型的優點,精心設計制造而成的TZFB-Ⅴ型強自吸單級單吸離心清水泵,是一種新型泵,也是我廠生產的強自吸系列泵之一。該型泵適用于工業和城市給水、排水、消防,亦可用于農業排灌,供輸送清水或物理、化學性質類似清水的其它液體之用,溫度不高于80℃。
TZFB-Ⅴ型泵的六大特點:
1、啟動時不用灌水,不用真空泵、不用底閥,泵自身即可抽氣吸水,自吸高度可達8米。
2、自吸時間短,從6.3~400m3/h,自吸時間僅為6~50S,(自吸高度為4米時)
3、*的吸氣裝置,使液面到泵出水口之間始終處于近似真空狀態,提高了泵的效率,減少葉輪汽蝕破壞。
4、泵在運行中即使出現“失水"現象,也可達到“斷水自復"的效果。
5、吸真空裝置,可以通過離合機構實現自動或手動離合,以達到延長使用壽命和節約能源的效果。
6、安裝使用方便,把泵安裝在地面上,將吸入管插入水中即可。
