1、污泥處理
污泥池中的污泥通過好氧消化后,定期處理。
2、防滲措施
本污水處理站中采用鋼筋混凝土制作的池,為了避免地下水滲入或污水滲出,鋼筋混凝土采用防滲設計。
3、除臭措施
由于缺氧池、好氧池、污泥池都需充氧曝氣,因此曝氣后溢出水面的氣體有一定的臭味,如果這些臭氣不加以處理勢必影響周圍環境,造成二次污染。我們將調節池、缺氧池、好氧池、污泥池頂蓋上引出通風口,整套設備運行**,管理方便,其設備投資相應較小。
4、降噪措施
本污水處理站*主要的噪聲來源是鼓風機,為此我們采用一系列措施降低噪聲。本污水處理站采用羅茨風機布置在風機房內,在風機基礎下設置隔振墊,并在風機進風口上安裝消聲器,在出風口上安裝可曲撓橡膠接頭,以減少振動產生的噪聲。
充氧采用水下曝氣機,噪音小,充氧效率高。曝氣機安裝在水下,可以隨時提升上來維修,技術特點如下:
⑴氧溶解率高,微小氣泡所占比列大,充氧效率高且充氧面積寬;
⑵池中無死區,夾帶氣泡的水平水流*沖刷池底的每個角落;
⑶結構簡單、緊湊、機組壽命長,能承受大負荷的軸承、采用油浴的轉軸機械密封和吸入葉輪腔內的空氣防止工作時與密封件接觸,這些都保證曝氣機在24小時連續工作,長期*運行;
⑷與常規的鼓風曝氣方式相比,無需建設鼓風房,無需氣泵和輸氣管道,安裝方便,維修工作量小,占地面積少;
⑸使用靈活,當池內設有多臺沉水式曝氣機時,可根據需要增減曝氣機的運行數量,容易實現曝氣量的調節和節能效果;
⑹曝氣機工作時,兼具有攪拌功能,避免污泥在池低沉淀;當進氣口關閉時,也可作為攪拌機使用。
