產(chǎn)品簡介：Ozonator product introduction

臭氧發(fā)生室及臭氧發(fā)生單元選用316L材質(zhì)，整體材質(zhì)不低于304不銹鋼，密封及絕緣部分采用聚四氟乙烯及氟橡膠材質(zhì)。發(fā)生室臥式結(jié)構(gòu)，放電體水平放置，檢修方便。雙放單體串聯(lián)，有利于提高臭氧濃度降低功耗，變頻電源風(fēng)冷設(shè)計安全可靠。標(biāo)配西門子PLC，可配置包含溫度、壓力、流量、濃度檢測、控制閥門在內(nèi)的各種自控儀表閥門，在滿足客戶需求情況下，降低能源消耗。

The ozone chamber and ozone generating unit are made of 316L material, the overall material is not less than 304 stainless steel, the sealing and insulation parts are made of PTFE and fluorine rubber.Horizontal structure of generator chamber, horizontal placement of discharge body, convenient maintenance.The series of double amplifier monomers is beneficial to increase ozone concentration and reduce power consumption, and the design of frequency conversion power supply air cooling is safe and reliable.Standard Siemens PLC, can be configured including temperature, pressure, flow, concentration detection, control valve, including a variety of automatic control instrument valves, in order to meet customer needs, minimize energy consumption.

1）功耗基于不同的冷卻水溫度及濃度要求，不包括壓縮機(jī)、水泵等設(shè)備。

2）氧氣源濃度超過12wt%接受定做，Z高濃度18wt%（273.6mg/L），空氣源臭氧濃度超過3wt%接受定做，Z高濃度4wt%（52.6mg/L）

1）Power consumption is based on different cooling water temperature and concentration requirements, not including compressors, pumps and other equipment.

2）The concentration of oxygen is over 12wt%, and the highest concentration is 18wt% (273.6mg/L). The ozone concentration of air is over 3wt%, and the highest concentration is 4wt% (52.6mg/L).
