臭氧發生室臭氧發生單元選用316L材質，整體材質不低于304不銹鋼，密封及絕緣部分采用聚四氟乙烯及氟橡膠材質。發生室立式結構，單支放電體垂直放置，臭氧發生室、電源柜、冷卻裝置集成在同一個底座上，撬裝設計，結構緊湊，安裝調試方便，變頻電源風冷設計，安全可靠。可配置包含西門子PLC、溫度、壓力、流量、濃度檢測、控制閥門在內的各種自控儀表閥門。
Ozone generating unit in ozone chamber is made of 316L material, the whole material is not less than 304 stainless steel, and the sealing and insulation parts are made of PTFE and fluorine rubber.Vertical structure of generator chamber, vertical placement of single discharge body, integration of ozone generator, power cabinet and cooling device on the same base, compact structure, convenient installation and debugging, air cooling design of frequency conversion power supply, safe and reliable.Can be configured with Siemens PLC, temperature, pressure, flow, concentration detection, control valve, including a variety of automatic control instrument valves.
1）功耗基于不同的冷卻水溫度及濃度要求，不包括壓縮機、水泵等設備。
2）氧氣源濃度超過12wt%接受定做，Z高濃度18wt%（273.6mg/L），空氣源臭氧濃度超過3wt%接受定做，Z高濃度4wt%（52.6mg/L）
