循環式電加熱器是通過強迫對流的方式對流動介質進行加熱的，它是把浸入式電加熱器裝入壓力容器內組成的。工作時，用泵把流動介質泵進加熱腔，進行加熱。加熱后的介質在加熱器另一端流出，它是通過泵強制循環的一種加熱方式。
The circulation type electric heater heats up the fluid in the forced convection mode.That is,the fluid is pumped into the heating chamber at one end of the heater,where it is heated,and flows out of the heater at the other end. That is a heating mode by forced.

Select the type according to our product handbook.Naturally,the selection of circulation heater specifications is not the only one.To select heater according to nominal power and power density,you may selec one with bigger flange and smaller length,or smaller flange with bigger length.Selection will have to depend on the actuality of user's situation.In any case you may be sure of the assistance from our tech dept.

        加熱器防爆型為“XHEx”，采用不銹鋼材料或碳鋼，若加熱溫度較高時，則法蘭與接線盒之間需加一個散熱區。散熱區的長度隨加熱溫度高低而定，具體設計請洽本公司技術部。
 

Note: The anti explosive type in XH heater series is "XHEx" and it is made of stainless steel or carbon steel.If heating tempt is the range of 100℃-200℃,a heat diffusion sector of 100 will have to be added between flange and terminal connection box,whose dimension shall be A+ 100.If heating tempt is higher the heat diffusion sector will have to be longer.Insulation material and thickness will depend on the user's media tempt and user requirement.
