嗅覺受體2A4抗體保存條件:Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

免疫組化操作步驟
(一)、儀器設備
1、 18cm不銹鋼高壓鍋或電爐或用微波爐
2、 水浴鍋
(二)、試 劑
1、 PBS緩沖液(pH7.2―7.4)
2、 0.01mol/L檸檬酸鈉緩沖液(CB,pH6.0,1000ml)
3、 3%甲醇―H2O2溶液:用30% H2O2 和80%甲醇溶液配制
4、 風裱劑:
a. 甘油和0.5mmol/L碳酸鹽緩沖液(pH9.0–9.5)等量混合
b. 油和TBS(PBS)配制
5、 TBS/PBS pH9.0–9.5,適用于熒光纖維鏡標本;pH7.0-7.4適合光學纖維標本
(三)、操作流程
1、 脫蠟和水化:脫蠟前應將組織芯片在室溫中放置60分鐘或60℃恒溫箱中烘烤20分鐘
a. 組織芯片置于二甲苯中浸泡10分鐘,更換二甲苯后在浸泡10分鐘
b. 無水乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
c. 95%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
d. 75%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
2、 抗原修復:用于福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋組織芯片
嗅覺受體2A4抗體,Anti-Olfactory Receptor OR2A4抗體溶解方法:
方法1:我們的抗體(凍干粉)已經包含了0.01M PBS、1% BSA和0.1% 防腐劑(疊氮鈉或*),您只需要加入滅菌的雙蒸水就行了。抗體溶解后,置于-20℃保存,分裝后使用,避免反復凍融,可保證至少1年有效;
方法2:也可以只加入一半體積的雙蒸水,再用一半體積的甘油補足,置于-20℃保存,這樣抗體不會凍,有利于抗體的穩定。
后續試驗時,再使用對應的緩沖液稀釋成工作液,即用即配。
我們的抗體(凍干粉),在常溫放置下,至少一個月有效;若在-20℃下保存(*),至少三年有效。
Antibodies are prepared with 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 with 1% BSA and 0.1% Sodium Azide, prior to lyophilization. Currently, we offer both lyophilized and reconstituted antibodies, both resulting in final concentration of 1mg/mL. We recommend two ways to reconstitute antibodies in lyophilized form:
1) Reconstituting by directly adding 100uL of sterile, distilled water.
2) Alternatively, if glycerol does not affect the experiment, add 50uL sterile distilled water, followed by adding 50uL of glycerol.

背景介紹:Olfactory receptors interact with odorant molecules in the nose, to initiate a neuronal response that triggers the perception of a smell. The olfactory receptor proteins are members of a large family of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCR) arising from single coding-exon genes. Olfactory receptors share a 7-transmembrane domain structure with many neurotransmitter and hormone receptors and are responsible for the recognition and G protein-mediated transduction of odorant signals. The olfactory receptor gene family is the largest in the genome. The nomenclature assigned to the olfactory receptor genes and proteins for this organism is independent of other organisms.
